3 I.1 General Overview Yokohama has an established history (100 years) based in Tokyo, Japan. The company was founded and started Oct 13, 1917 in a joint venture between Yokohama Cable Manufacturing and B.F.Goodrich. Then it expanded to the United States as Yokohama Tire Corporation. The Aspec A300 : A tire with ultimate silence and a high level of comfort, wet, and speed performance was the driving force behind its tremendous rise. Since 2005, Yokohama Rubber s global strategy has positioned the ADVAN brand as the company s global flagship brand. ADVAN wheels and tires have a strong presence in the aftermarket scene worldwide. Yokohama was aimed at drawing a smile on people s faces by sharing with them the Joy of Celebrating 100 years. Yokohama aims to always be customer s choice around the world, the brand promises to never stop giving its absolute best and taking up new challenges which satisfy customer needs.

5 I.3 Main Sponsorship Activities From the season, Yokohama becomes the main sponsor of Premier League football club Chelsea (Chelsea Fc is a famous English football team ). Yokohama is the official tire supplier of the IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge, the World Touring Car Championship and Japanese Super Formula. Yokohama Tire sponsors the NBA teams the Boston Celtics and the San Antonio Spurs.

6 I.4 Overview of Yokohama in Lebanon HMG Holding, the exclusive distributor of Yokohama Tires in Lebanon, is a leading company in the tire business in the Lebanese market since Yokohama Lebanon is the official sponsor of the Rally Of Lebanon for five consecutive years since Yokohama is one of the leaders in the Lebanese Market.

7 II. Purpose of the Event To create awareness around the brand & the product. To use as a marketing & communication channel. This event is all about communicating with the people.

8 III. Target Audience Primary : Dealers. Car Racers. People who own 4x4 trucks. People who like extreme activities & adrenaline rush. Secondary : Media Press Car companies ( not collaborated with Yokohama). Age : 18+ Gender : All genders.

9 IV. Type of Event Road Show Event : What are they and why are they so important? Roadshows, in a nutshell, are the ultimate field event: just think of them as field events on steroids. The purpose of roadshows is to take your company s message and brand on the road. Roadshows are often done in sequence and occur in a handful of cities in an effort to increase brand awareness and product knowledge. Roadshows are a great way to spread the word in an in-person, interactive format and reach those you may not have been able to otherwise. Typically, roadshows are half-day events that bring customers, prospects, and partners together for thought leadership, product demonstrations, and networking.

11 V.1 Bond With Yokohama The concept of the event is that it will let the people know the tire more, explore it, and create a connection with it. A Hashtag will be created also #BondWithYOKOHAMA.

12 V.2 Why These Dates &Timing? The event will take place at 6 Stages, 6 Consecutive Sunday s, and starting June,17,2018. June is a hot and enjoyable season. Everyone is excited for summer and start going to the beach and villages. That s where this event will be heading too. Sunday is the day to revel in some reviving and brand new activities. Also, to let out the stress of the week. The event will start at 11:00 am till 6:30 pm (Let people take their time by evaluating Yokohama s tires and gaining information about this tire and to let them take pleasure in the activities that they will participate in)
