2 The FM Global Research Campus is located about 60 miles from NFPA. Driving times vary, depending on traffic, between 70 and 90 minutes. If you choose to stay in the Providence area on the night of Sept. 21, the drive time is about 45 minutes. The approximate distances from FM to area airports are as follows: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS): 75 miles T.F. Green (Providence) Airport (PVD): 30 miles Bradley (Hartford) International Airport (BDL): 66 miles Please be aware that transportation will not be provided. Green/Providence Airport Follow I-95 south to I-295 north to Route 6 west. Follow Route 6 west 5.5 miles to the junction of Routes 6 and 101. Follow Route 101 west for 8 miles. Pass Turnquist Lumberyard on left and turn right onto Route 94 north (look for the gas station on left, blinking light over road). From Downtown Providence, R.I. Follow I-95 to exit 22B (Hartford, CT) to Route 10 south to Route 6 west. Follow Route 6 west to the I-295 north/route 6 west. Take the Route 6 west exit (exit number 6/Hartford). Follow Route 6 west to the junction of Routes 6 and 101. Follow Route 101 west for 8 miles. Pass Turnquist Lumberyard on left and turn right onto Route 94 north (look for the gas station on left, blinking light over road). From Central and Southern Rhode Island Follow I-95 north to I-295 north to Route 6 west. Follow Route 6 west 5.5 miles to the junction of Routes 6 and 101. Follow Route 101 west for 8 miles. Follow I-95 south toward Providence, to exit number 4, I-295 south. Follow I-295 south to exit number 6, Route 6 west. Follow Route 6 west 5.5 miles to the junction of Routes 6 and 101. Follow Route 101 west for 8 miles. Pass Turnquist Lumberyard on left and turn right onto Route 94 north (look for the gas station on left, blinking light over road). From Worcester, Mass. Follow I-290 west to I-395 south. Follow I-395 south to Route 44 east. After crossing the Connecticut/Rhode Island border, go about one mile to Route 94 south. Follow Route 94 south 2.5 miles to the FM Global Research Campus on the right. From New York City Follow I-95 north to I-395 north to Route 101 east. After crossing the Connecticut/Rhode Island border, travel approximately 1.25 miles to the intersection of Route 94 (look for the gas station on right, blinking light over roadway). Turn left onto Route 94 north. Follow Route 94 north 2.5 miles to the FM Global Research Campus on the left. From Hartford, Conn. Follow I-84 east to Route 74 south to Route 44 east. After crossing the Connecticut/Rhode Island border, go about one mile to Route 94 south.
