3 The 2018 Autonomous and Connected Vehicle Summit The Northeast Autonomous and Connected Vehicle Summit will provide you with the opportunity to introduce the latest in technology, your services and products to transportation professionals throughout the Northeast region. The Summit will also provide your company with an unlimited potential to network with policy and decision makers. Sessions will be held during this two-day event, which include topics such as pilot programs, infrastructure, and policy issues. The Exhibit area is designed to give the most exposure to all our exhibitors. The exhibition area is located in the atrium, just outside the conference meeting rooms, thereby providing a highly visible and accessible space, maximizing each exhibitor s exposure to all conference delegates. All coffee breaks and receptions will be held within the Exhibit area to ensure maximum exposure to attendees. 5 Exclusive Evening Investor and Inventor Reception Sponsorship: Sponsoring this special reception will provide networking opportunities between investors and inventors, as well as receiving prestigious visibility as the host of the 2018 NACV Summit on Tuesday Evening. Inventors can propose their ideas to those looking to invest or sponsor research or new startup companies focused on connected and autonomous vehicles and infrastructure. Attendance at this dinner reception is by invitation only and limited to 50 individuals. This sponsorship also includes: Your logo on reception promotional materials Your logo and name in the conference slideshow played throughout the day in the main ballroom Special recognition as reception host at the reception Exhibitor Booth Information Booth Includes: One guaranteed seat per booth for individual attending the booth. Exhibitors can set up on June 12, 2018 between 6:00am and 7:00am. Dismantling of exhibits may not occur prior to 1:30 pm on June 13, Arrangements may be made for shipment and storage of exhibitor displays to the Marriott Hartford/ Windsor Airport Hotel prior to the conference. Exhibitors/Sponsors will be responsible for any handling charges incurred due to the weight of the package(s).
