7 Then in February, 2011 Daniel Sadofschi DRFC District Responsible Fundation Commission coming from the District 4865 (Province of San Juan, Province of Mendoza and the north of Pampa) did meet Luigi Bergamo EGD in training session for elected governors in San Diego. Daniel proposed to Luigi a plan which hadn't been able to succeed during the previous months with other District and therefore our D 1640 Governor Luigi accepted it spontaneously.
8 First trip to San Juan with an unexpected stop over in BA on our back way to home!!! It is later on during the return of the first trip to San Juan that we are interfered in a seminar of Foundation in the Institute Bernasconi in Buenos Aires some Saturday, August 6th, 2011 and the commitment of creation of the Argentinian section was formalized in a first act. This is the meaning of the Charter which is given to us today and that is the symbol of our commitment to lead the actions on the field that respond to the needs identified by our Rotary friends and only the success of their implementation will be the track which allows us to understand and make sure that "Peace is possible" as it was recalled by Serge Gouteyron at the conference of Rotary International in Cannes in 2008.
