THE CONGRESS The VI International Coaching Congress, under the name Being, Perspectives and Transformation, is organized by team of Dominican and international professionals, who with great professionalism express their greatest intentions and efforts to contribute to what Daniel Goleman calls: the most important expression and leadership model of the XXI century : COACHING.

The creation of a creative space where meanings, understanding, critical thought and strategy building are shared with the most important coaching community, leaders and change agents from the country and the world, to turn it into an amazing opportunity to present global PERSPECTIVES in COACHING. 2. Evaluate and sustain a professional Coaching practice, that supports the growth of the human being, their capabilities and talents in different dimensions: individual, team, corporate and social. 3. Development of a live space that introduces Coaching into non-traditional scenarios where consciousness, education and life in society are forged.

The VI International Coaching Congress 2014: Being, Perspectives and Transformation is an invitation to productive debates, inspire ideas, proposals, resources and tools. All this shared with national and international professionals will turn into bridges of understanding, development of competencies, and identification of new areas of the professional practice of coaching. This event promises to be an ideal space to learn, build and promote the best developmental strategies for the sustainability of human talent, presenting the practice of the coaching profession from an ethical and constructivist point of view.

16 Frames, scope, development, impact and perspectives of Coaching worldwide Joseph O Connor UK Joseph is one of the best known and respected trainers of coaching and NLP in the world. Co-founder of the International Coaching Community, ICC, the largest organization of coaching trainings. He is the author of seventeen books translated into twenty five languages, including many of the best selling and most respected books on NLP, systems thinking and coaching. His book, Introducing NLP has been used for over ten years as the basic reference book for NLP study and has sold over 100,000 copies. Andrea Lages Brazil Andrea is one of the most respected and with highest impact coaching trainer in the world. Together with Joseph O Connor is the co-founder of the International Coaching Community, ICC, and co-creator of the methodology that has influenced over 60,000 coaches.
