Propose the establishment of a mechanism for consultation, information and immediate assessment of risk situations for peace in our nations, in accordance with the Treaty of UNASUR. Hold a seminar on defense of natural resources and biodiversity in South America, to expand the study and propose defense cooperation mechanisms in the region to this end. 4 AXE 2: MILITARY COOPERATION, HUMANITARIAN ACTIONS AND PEACE OPERATIONS 2.A 2.B 2.C 2.D 2.E Conduct a second regional combined exercise in the charter on peacekeeping operations named "UNASUR II" Conduct a workshop on civilian protection in peacekeeping operations, highlighting rules application, training and development of common standards on training and doctrine. Improve employment mechanism of the inventory of defense capabilities of Member States in case of natural disasters. Hold a Workshop to propose cooperation mechanisms among South American Ministries of Defense to immediately respond in case of major natural and manmade disasters, within the framework of the responsibilities assigned in the national regulations of each state, including operational aspects. Hold a Workshop for developing risk maps of natural disasters for anticipated mitigation, within the framework of the responsibilities assigned in the national regulations of each state, including operational aspects.
