5 Driving Directions Denver International Airport Airport Code: DEN Miles: 122 Miles Approximate Driving Time: 2 Hours From Peña Boulevard, merge on to I-70 West via the exit on your left. Stay on I-70 West for 109 miles. Take Exit 176, toward Vail. At the roundabout, take the 4 th exit to go under the overpass. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto South Frontage Road West. Turn left onto West Lionshead Circle and follow for half a mile. You will see the hotel s main entrance on the left. Eagle County Regional Airport Airport Code: EGE Miles: 33 Miles Approximate Driving Time: 40 Minutes Turn right onto Highway 6/US-6 East. Continue to follow for 3 miles. At the roundabout, take the 2 nd exit to continue straight onto Grand Avenue/US-6 East At the next roundabout, take the 3 rd exit onto Eby Creek Road. Go straight through the next roundabout. Merge onto I-70 East. Continue for 27 miles. Take Exit 173, toward Vail/West Entrance. At the roundabout, take the 3 rd exit onto South Frontage Road West. Turn right onto West Lionshead Circle. You will see the hotel s main entrance on the left. The Vail Marriott Mountain Resort does not provide airport shuttle service. Alternate Transportation: Colorado Mountain Express, Please ask your Event Manager about group shuttle rates. There are local taxi services offering service throughout the Vail Valley, including the Eagle County Regional Airport. Please ask your Event Manager for more information.

6 In-Town Shuttle The Town of Vail offers a complimentary In-Town Shuttle Service (route below in grey). Guests can pick up the shuttle directly in front of the hotel every 5 to 10 minutes in peak seasons and every 15 to 20 minutes during the off-season. The In-Town Shuttle runs on a continuous loop through Lionshead, Vail and Golden Peak Villages from 6:30AM to 1:30AM daily.

8 Your New Best Friends and Red Coat Direct App Your Red Coats Below are the three Red Coats that will work with you closely while onsite. Our Red Coats are at your service for anything you need; they are your one stop shop. They will be carrying an ipad with constant access to Marriott s Red Coat Direct Application. Marriott s Red Coat Direct App Marriott s NEW Red Coat Direct Application allows you to request, respond and connect in real time with your hotel Event Operations staff using any web enabled device. Three days prior to your event, you will receive an from Marriott giving you access to your event site. As you make requests, they are sent to the ipad your Red Coats carry with them and they will let you know once your request has been completed. 9 Emergency Procedures Medical Emergency Please contact the hotel operator by dialing 0 from your room phone. Our Loss Prevention / Emergency Response team will immediately respond to your location and provide first response for the emergency. Our team will also initiate EMT/Town of Vail Emergency Response if necessary. The hotel has two AEDs on site. One is located in the Loss Prevention Office and is brought to all medical related emergencies. The second AED is located in the Fitness Center on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Local Hospital Should there be the need to direct an attendee or staff member to a hospital for care the closest hospital to the Vail Marriott is: Vail Valley Medical Center 181 W. Meadow Drive, (970) Fire In the event of fire alarm activation, our Loss Prevention / Emergency Response team will make announcements to you via our hotel intercom system notifying you of whether the activation has been deemed by the Vail Fire Department as an emergency or non-emergency. If the activation is determined to be an emergency, a hotel evacuation will be initiated. The evacuation will be conducted by the Vail Fire Department and hotel staff. Please find the nearest safe stairwell / exit and exit the hotel. Intercom announcements will also be made for any non-fire related hotel evacuation.
