This hotel is just around the corner from Disney Springs, and is the closest non-disney hotel to the Walt Disney World Resort Don t forget, booking this location into a WDTC package, provides your Guests will portion with all the great WDTC benefits all of our Guests enjoy. Please be sure to reinforce this message as you review this resort with your agents. Slide 2 5 Key Questions about 3 rd Party Hotels Guests are calling to book a WDW resort but sometimes it is either not available or not the right fit for your Guests. It is understandable to assume Guests will be initially hesitant when it comes to considering a non-disney resort. We have identified 5 key considerations Guests could have regarding each of the 3 rd Party hotels and we will address these for each hotel. Location This resort is conveniently located right around the corner from Disney Springs near the intersection of Hotel Plaza Blvd and Apopka Vineland. Transportation They include complimentary transportation to Epcot; 3 departures and 4 arrivals. Dine Options They do have a daily breakfast buffet, grab and go, and a full service restaurant for lunch and dinner. Fast Passes The Guests are able to book their FP+ up to 30 days prior to arrival. 4 Slide 5 WDTC Add-ons As was highlighted in our recent DRC Rally, be sure we remind our agents of our 4 pillars. By booking a WDTC package we cover the Resort and the Ticket portion, but we should still encourage WDTC Insurance and Memory Maker. Here are some key message points. Why Buy Travel Insurance? #1 most claimed benefit is Trip Cancellation due to Medical reasons. Travelers, traveling companions, or non-traveling family members can become sick. #2 most claimed benefit is Trip Delay Year-round travel issues due to inclement weather. Inclement weather conditions can affect flight arrangements, destination accommodations or closure of public roadways. Flying creates risk for flight delays and cancellations Memory Maker Memory Maker is a digital imaging product that enables Guests to capture their vacation memories with everyone in the picture at hundreds of Disney PhotoPass locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, including iconic locations (e.g., Cinderella Castle), Character Greeting locations, select attractions, and select character dining and dinner show experiences. Guests receive unlimited digital images to view, share, and download through their My Disney Experience account. Leader Interaction Take some time here to interact with your Cast Members about the importance of the pillars. These still apply for our 3 rd Party resorts as they do with the WDW resorts. Here is a link to the insurance detail page on the HUB There are examples of the different kind of Memory Maker photos available to Guests in the Product Showcases As your agents to share any success stories of overcoming objections and being able to sell either insurance or Memory Maker. 5 Slide 6 Our 3 rd Party Hotel Initiative Growth from Ticket Sales Even If we filled each of our resorts, we would still need more people to reach our attendance goals Offering our Guests a resort that fits their needs There are a lot of great 3 rd Party Hotels and as part of the PVA process, the goal is to find the right fit for your Guests. In some cases, a 3 rd Party Hotel can fit those needs. This approach helps you build trust and rapport with your Guests. This will help earn your Guests trust and confidence as you build your client base. WDTC Difference Just because our Guests may not be staying at a WDW property, we can still offering them some of the great WDTC benefits. These include: o Magical Extras with miniature golf and discounts all around property o Memory Maker add-on o Transportation like Mears or adding a rental car DRC Difference You are the DRC difference. Who better to help our Guests build a magical vacation for their entire family than you? Slide 7 Sales Tips/Messaging Leader Interaction Ask the agents if they have any other best practices they can share when it comes to helping their Guests get comfortable offering a 3 rd Party hotel. When price is a concern for your Guest, offering a third party hotel is a great alternative. o We can look into some off property options that may be more economical for you. o You are still able to enjoy the WDTC benefits when booking our off property hotels When WDW Resorts are experiencing limited inventory and you are unable to accommodate your Guest, offering a third party hotel could be the answer. o Unfortunately we are unable to find availability for you at The Walt Disney World Resort; however I am showing availability at one of our off property resorts. o These resorts are conveniently located and offer a lot of great amenities. If the guest is travelling with a large party, offering a third party suite resort may be a great alternative. o Many of our Good Neighbor Hotel partners offer suites that sleep up to 6 people. These resorts are conveniently located and offer a lot of great amenities like kitchenettes or full kitchens Page 5 of 6

6 Many of the Third Party Resorts are pet friendly, so if the Best Friends Pet Care is not an option for your Guest, a third party hotel may be a great alternative. o I can look at some of our Good Neighbor Resorts that are pet friendly, so that the entire family can enjoy the vacation. Slide 8 Wrap Up Take a few minutes to wrap up the presentation and make sure there are no outstanding questions. This is your opportunity to get them talking about the resorts as well as the 3rd Party initiative. Here are some questions you can ask to get the discussion going Has anyone ever sold this resort? o If no, what have some of your concerns been? Do you feel more confident today about offering this location? o If no, what are some of your concerns? Are you confident enough to sell one of these a week?
