The digital file must be at least 8 wide, at a resolution of at least 300 dpi, at 100% actual size and should be saved in EPS or Tiff formats or as High Resolution JPEG. All photos should be color-corrected, cleaned and ready for print. If you supply RGB images, we will convert them to CMYK for print, which may result in a slight color variance. Images may be cropped to fit available space. Please clear photo rights and production usage fees. Any charges associated with photo use fees and production fees are the sole responsibility of advertisers. The pre-season brochure includes all production. Clients submit words of copy for the brochure and a photo. See Photo Specs above. Concierge Guide (Print and Online) Business indexes include contact information (name, address, phone, fax, , web site) plus a description. Photos may be added at no additional cost (see Photo Specs). Updates are posted free throughout the year. The Golden Key reserves the right to edit any text over the specified maximum or that has grammatical errors without notice to the client. Page Size 8.5x11" vertical format pages may have full bleed (1/4") or a white border. 3-Hole Clearance Books are 3-hole punched. For 2-Page spreads, allow 5/8" clear area (containing no text) on the inside margin. For Single Page ads, allow 5/8 clear area on BOTH sides. Fonts Embed all fonts. Colors Convert all spot colors to CMYK. All RGB images must be converted to CMYK. Naming Name your files with your company name. Minimum Resolution PDFs should be no less than 300 dpi at actual size. All PDFs not supplied as PDF/X1a may be rasterized at 400 dpi. Maximum Resolution No files should be over 400 dpi and file size should not exceed 20 MB. Key Happenings Key Happenings Advertisements include a low resolution version for viewing on screen, and a high resolution PDF for printing. Ad size for print is 2.25 wide by 2.75 tall at 300 ppi. (675 x 825 pixels). Print ad will be resized for the version (184 x 225 pixels). We suggest a simple photo, high contrast text and very basic information.
