3 DINING DINING There are two full service dining facilities within the park located in Buildings 301 and 601. The property also offers three Starbucks Cafes in Buildings 101, 301 and 501. All are managed under CulinArt, Merritt 7 s exclusive food service provider. Merritt 7 Dining Facilities feature both hot and cold daily entrees and catering services available to tenant offices. Our cafeterias feature well-appointed indoor and outdoor patio seated dining areas. The Cafeteria hours of operation are Monday through Friday: Breakfast 7:30 am - 10:00 am Lunch 11:30 am - 2:00 pm Catering is available after business hours upon request. 4 CATERING CATERING CulinArt is Merritt 7 s premier in-house food service provider. There are currently 2 main cafeteria s located at Merritt 7, Buildings 601 and 301 respectively. In addition, there are 3 Starbucks cafés located at Buildings 101, 301 and 501. All are serviced and managed by the CulinArt. They offer innovating food concepts and sound nutritional menu options to create a memorable corporate dining experience for all tenants. CulinArt s vast experience and expertise also allows for catering of office events, conference dining and meetings and special events services according to each companies specific requirements. From continental breakfast service and luncheon buffets to intimate client dinners and gala after hours events, CulinArt delivers attractively displayed, delicious menu preparations to satisfy every catering need with efficient and timely service. 5 CONFERENCE COFERENCE FACILITIES Merritt 7 offers two executive conference rooms, as well as a larger main conference room, located in Buildings 101 and 301. Rules and Regulations For all reservations, catering must be arranged through the CulinArt Building management prohibits outside catering in any of the on-site conference facilities. EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOMS The Saugatuck Conference Room is located on the plaza level of Building 301 and seats up to 20. The Silvermine Conference Room Is located in Building 101 and seats 14. Both rooms may be used for executive dining, meetings, after-hours events or for break-out sessions during usage of the adjacent main conference room. Saugatuck and Silvermine Conference Room features include: Seating for 20 and 14, respectively Wi-Fi / Internet access Telecommunications conference call capabilities 65 Large screen multimedia TVs for multimedia presentations MAIN CONFERENCE ROOM For larger meetings, the Town Hall Conference Room, which seats up to 90 auditorium style, is located in building 301 on the plaza level. It is the largest of the conference rooms at Merritt 7 and is equipped with a state-of-the-art audio/visual system. The Town Hall has the flexibility for various seating options: auditorium, classroom, boardroom or u-shaped. 6 FITNESS CENTER FITNESS CENTER The Merritt 7 fitness center is located on the plaza level of building 301, offering a private club ambiance and locker room facilities. The fitness center is available to all individuals working within the Merritt 7 complex and requires a one-time membership fee of $ Individuals must complete a fitness center waiver at the time of registration in order to be permitted access to the fitness center. Waivers are available online at under the tenant resource tab. As a member of the fitness center you will have access to the men s and women s locker rooms which are fully equipped with showers and lockers. Towel service is available at a fee of $50.00 annually. With use of the lockers we ask that you bring your own locks as building management is not responsible for lost items. The lockers are available for usage on a first come first serve basis and should not be used overnight. The fitness center offers a full line of Life Fitness Cardio equipment featuring LCD TV's at each station. Weight train on the array of strength training and free weight equipment. 11 NORWALK TRANSIT BUS The Merritt 7 Shuttle serves major work sites north of the Merritt Parkway along Glover Avenue and Route 7. The shuttle meets passengers at the South Norwalk railroad station in the morning and returns them to the station in the late afternoon or evening, and are focused on getting passengers to their jobs. Shuttles can be boarded on the eastbound side of the South Norwalk Train Station or at designated work site stops.
