2 CONCIERGE SERVICES CONCIERGE The Concierge is a value based service available to all tenants at Merritt 7. The role of the Concierge is to act as a seamless extension of the management team, providing all tenants with a very personalized and high level of service and hospitality. Services available through the Concierge include: * Meeting and event planning * Conference Center reservations * Catering * Fitness center memberships * Local amenity referrals * Ground transportation services The Concierge is located on the Plaza Level of Building 301 (adjacent to the Starbucks 301 café and is available daily from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All are managed under CulinArt Group, Merritt 7 s exclusive food service provider. Merritt 7 Dining Facilities feature both hot and cold daily entrees and catering services available to tenant offices. Our cafeterias feature well-appointed indoor and outdoor patio seated dining areas. The Cafeteria hours of operation are Monday through Friday: Breakfast 7:30 am - 10:00 am Lunch 11:30 am - 2:30 pm Catering is available after business hours upon request. Starbucks 301 & 501 hours of operation are Monday through Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Starbucks 101 hours of operation are Monday through Friday: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm The Starbucks Cafes offer an array of coffee bar selections, grab and go healthy snacks and an assortment of baked goods and refreshments. In addition, there are 3 Starbucks cafés located at Buildings 101, 301 and 501. All are serviced and managed by the CulinArt Group. They offer innovating food concepts and sound nutritional menu options to create a memorable corporate dining experience for all tenants. CulinArt s vast experience and expertise also allows for catering of office events, conference dining and meetings and special events services according to each tenants specific requirements. From continental breakfast service and luncheon buffets to intimate client dinners and gala after hours events, CulinArt delivers attractively displayed, delicious menu preparations to satisfy every catering need with efficient and timely service. Their café offerings to tenants include reloadable dining cards, loyalty club cards (breakfast club, lunch club, coffee club) all of which make dining convenient, are great incentives for tenants and make wonderful gifts for co-workers. EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOMS The Saugatuck Conference Room is located on the plaza level of Building 301 and seats up to 20. The Silvermine Conference Room Is located in Building 101 and seats 14. Both rooms may be used for executive dining, meetings, after-hours events or for break-out sessions. Rules and Regulations For all reservations, catering must be arranged through the CulinArt Group. Building management prohibits outside catering in any of the on-site conference facilities. Saugatuck and Silvermine Conference Room features include: Seating for 20 and 14, respectively Wi-Fi / Internet access Telecommunications conference call capabilities 65 Large screen multimedia TVs for multimedia presentations MAIN CONFERENCE ROOM For larger meetings, the Town Hall Conference Room, which seats up to 90 auditorium style, is located in Building 301 on the plaza level. It is the largest of the conference rooms at Merritt 7 and is equipped with a state-of-the-art audio/visual system. The Town Hall has the flexibility for various seating options: auditorium, classroom, boardroom or u-shaped. Both pricing and room setup options can be obtained through Concierge services. Town Hall Conference Room features include: Seating for up to 90 auditorium style Podium with wireless, handheld microphone (tied into the audio system) Audio system includes numerous speakers located t hroughout the ceiling and additional portable table top speaker units upon request Projector and screen controlled through an ipad touch screen panel WIFI / Internet access

6 FITNESS CENTER FITNESS CENTER AT MERRRITT 7 FITNESS CENTER Merritt 7 s newly renovated Fitness Center, located on the plaza level of Building 301 offers a private club ambiance and locker room facilities. It is available for use to all Merritt 7 tenants and requires a one-time membership fee of $50. Individuals must complete a fitness center waiver at the time of registration in order to be permitted access to the Fitness Center. Waivers are available through the Merritt7 Concierge in Building 301 on the plaza level, adjacent to Starbucks Cafe. Hours of Operation Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday and Sundays from 7:30 am to 4:00pm Once completed, your fitness club registration form may be returned to the Concierge with payment, after which building security will upgrade your building pass to permit access to the fitness center and locker rooms. Locker rooms are fully equipped with showers and daily towel service (fee required). Locker rooms with showers are provided for the individual s convenience but you must bring your own lock for the lockers and provide your own towels. Lockers are available for individual usage on a first come first serve basis and should not be used overnight. Locks must be provided by the user. Cardio equipment features include TV s, which require users to bring headphones. A full line of cardio machines, standing weight machines and free weights are available for use.
