JAMBOH 2016 will be held in the Scout Center Ohrid days between the dates of 20 th and 28 th of July JAMBOH 2016 welcomes all our scout friends from around the world, so feel free to apply for these amazing summer days. The site for the program activities includes the Ohrid Lake, the coast and beaches of Ohrid Lake, the mountain Galichica and the city of Ohrid. DATES 20 th July 28 th July 2016 Arrivals are planned for the 20 th of July in the Scout Center of Ohrid and departures are on the 28 th of July. MOTTO of the camp THE RHYTHM OF ADVENTURE

2 The camp s motto symbolizes the adventure filled program, which goal is to create fun times and new experiences for all participants, since scouting is all about learning by doing from experience and practice. CAMP The camp will occupy the green areas in the Scout Center Ohrid, where a small scout village made of tents will emerge just by the lake. This is also one of the places where the activities will take place and where we will have the meals. PARTICIPANTS Participant in JUMBOH 2016 can be all scouts between the ages of 11 and 18 years, born between July 1998 and July Participation fee The participation fee for ЈАМВОН 2016 is 100 euros per participant. The participation fee includes food and program activates: Accreditation Emblem of the camp Camp t-shirt Camp scarf Camp diary - The participation fee does not include transportation to JUMBOH. DEADLINES

3 - Deadline for registration is 31 st May 2016 and till deadline all the participant need to pay pre participation fee of 10 euros for reservation. - Deadline for whole payment for the camp is till 25 th June Please be aware of the deadlines and respect the dates for registration and payment. PROGRAM - ЈАМВОН 2016 Program activates will be separated in 3 main program areas: CULTURE NATURE ADVENTURE Solidarity As an extra program area in which participants can also take part in is the Solidarity and society development. SITES WHERE THE ACTIVITES WILL TAKE PLACE: Scout Center Ohrid Ohrid city and other tourist places Struga National Park Galicica

4 MEALS Central, cooked in Scout Center Ohrid. CONTIGENT EQUIPMENT You will need the following equipment during your stay at the camp: - Tents for all scouts Organization team do not provide tents for the participant (it can be arranged only by special request, deadline for this request is ) - First Aid Kit - Camp equipment (table, benches, canisters, big tents, etc.. ) - Scout unit flag.

5 Program Program activities will be held in the camp, near Ohrid lake, National Park Galicica and near the city of Ohrid. There are lot of activities with different difficulty levels, some that request previous knowledge and some are about learning culture and about being an active member of society. Every participant can create their own program for the camp, according to their needs and interests. Workshops and short activities Skills Stencils Three different skills, which will be gained during a set of workshops at the camp. 3 levels of each skill workshop will be set at the camp, and they need to be passed in order to gain the skill badge. Creating their own stencils, patterns and cut outs which can later be used to paint with them t-shirts and other objects. Linoleum Water craze A variety of activities and games in the water and on the beach. Using the old technique of printing with the help of linoleum the participants will draw and carve an image, which will later on be printed on a piece of paper. Crafting Rafting A training course to gain the proper knowledge and skills and rafting. Making benches, chairs and tables by a given scheme with the help of an experienced scout and crafter. Also here they can learn how to light a fire in using nature materials only. Archery Ecology Learning the basic techniques of shooting an air gun and how to aim and use a bow and arrow to shoot at a static and moving target. For the smaller scouts their also will be slingshots. Learning the methods on how to recycle paper, recycle plastic and creating different objects from recycled materials.

6 One day activities Ohrid cultural tour A cultural tour whose main purpose is sightseeing and learning about the culture of Ohrid and Macedonia. As part of the tour the participants will visit churches, monasteries, traditional craft workshops, fortresses, museums etc. Hike km A guided hike through the national park Galichica. An opportunity to get to know the surroundings and biodiversity of the mountain. Cycling 30 km A day spent cycling and with outdoor activities, on a 30km long route, Ohrid Gradishte Ohrid. Social work In order to express the humanitarian side of the scouts, a daily activity will be dedicated to aiding society.
