2 Fiera Milano City (Milan, Italy) A Halls 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 ( Portello ) December 1 to 9, 2007 AF L Artigiano in fiera, the biggest international trade fair dedicated to arts and crafts. THE LOCATION The 12th AF will be held in Milan in the Portello area of Fiera Milano City. The Portello is a structure which permits adequate mobility of the public, great ease of orientation, identification of the different areas and reduced time for moving from one area to the other within the layout. Visitors have greatly appreciated this new location. THE LAYOUT The fairgrounds will be subdivided in 4 geographic areas: Lombardy (halls 3, 5) Italy (halls 2, 4, 6) Europe (halls 7, 8) Countries of the World (halls 1, 9, 10) 1 2

4 DATA The 2006 exhibition broke new records: 2,573 exhibitors 100 countries from around the world 115,000 square meters 3,000,000 visitors 30,000 trade representatives The huge affluence of visitors recorded in 2006, estimated at over 3 million people coming from all over Italy, confirms AF as being the biggest show in the world for its sector. The event is above all a privileged stage for small businesses in Italy and the rest of the world, displaying the crafts of men and women who believe in their work and contribute enormously to the economic growth of their respective countries. 3 4

6 ARTIGIANO IN FIERA, THE NEW EXHIBITION OF LABOR Quality arts and crafts are the exclusive protagonists at AF. The show s objective is to create public awareness for the craftsmanship of Italy and of countries throughout the world, allowing visitors to become involved in histories, traditions and cultures that characterize the works of man. This is made possible also thanks to the support received from many institutions in Italy and from abroad who recognize the importance of AF for the enhancement of territories and their own particular characteristics. ARTIGIANO IN FIERA MEANS THE LARGE PUBLIC Products are shown for 9 consecutive days and sold directly to more than 3,000,000 visitors who, thanks also to free entry, come to the fair several times just before Christmas when they are eager to buy. THE MARKET The diversified public that visits the show represents a unique and unrepeatable market test for the small craftsmen and women who partecipate in AF. THE TRADE REPRESENTATIVES Participation in the show by people who work in the sector (stores, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, agents) offers companies significant opportunities for increasing their own activity. 5 6

December 7) from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Entrance free from Porta Teodorico (Underground Station: MM1 Lotto Fiera ), Porta Scarampo, Porta Colleoni, Porta Eginardo, Porta Arduino, Porta Carlo Magno (FNM - Ferrovie Nord Milano Domodossola station). Technical stand specifications Black aluminium structure. Front from 2.5 to 4.5 m. Curtain dividing walls 2.5 m. height. Basic stand furnishings 1 light every 4 sq. m., 1 power switch, 1 sign with exhibitor s company name, 1 electric socket of 300 watts. Products admitted Gifts and fancy goods Clothing and accessories Furnishings and decorative fittings Gold and jewelry Typical wines and gastronomical products Hotel accommodation Many hotels have agreed to significant discounts in their daily rates. Stand fees euros/sq. m. (supplement of euros/sq. m. for open sides) for furnished stand (aluminium curtain walls, front panels, carpet, sign with company name, lighting, 300 watts electric socket and switch) + registration fee of euros (incl. of all-risks insurance) and registration fee of euros for each guest producer (in addition to the stand owner) or firms exhibiting collectively + 20% VAT on the total amount.
