3 The event, by invitation only, will be held from the 6th to the 10th of October 2018 in Rome. ALLI will focus on five core pillars: One-to-one business appointments Informal Networking events A Team Building. activity Accolades endorsing both buyers and exhibitors Post Show Sharing the team building outcome to all the buyers FORMAT OF THE EVENT ONE-TO-ONE APPOINTMENTS: 15 minutes long appointments where to display products NETWORKING EVENTS: Two evening events: a Welcome Gala Dinner and a Closing Ceremony/Party One informal Roman Aperidinner One free evening where Exhibitors may invite up to 8 Travel Designers at their discretion TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY: Buyers on the last afternoon will be divided into homogenous groups; Travel Designers capitalising on their newly acquired knowledge will be given guidelines by which they create, envision and shape several thematic itineraries, EXCLUSIVELY using exhibiting properties and artisans. At the farewell party the best performing teams will be awarded a recognition. ACCOLADES: At the closing ceremony, displayed excellency will be rewarded with a distinctive e- logo and certificate, vouching for the Travel Designers acquired expertise; likewise exhibitors will be recognised by buyers being evaluated on their presentations, experiential knowledge and creative way in showcasing their products. SHARING RESULTS: A month after the show the best conceived itineraries will be shared through all the participants thus offering further visibility to exhibitors worldwide. Alli
