2 MAC FRUIT ATTRACTION The World s International Fresh Produce Trade Show Brand, celebrates its first edition in Cairo May 2016 The first professional exhibition of MAC FRUIT ATTRACTION is being held in Cairo from 4 to 7 May 2016, organized by IFEMA, Feria de Madrid and Cesena Fiera- two of the exhibition operator of the major producers of fruit and vegetables from Spain and Italy - with IFP Group, the leading exhibition operator in the Middle East. MAC FRUIT ATTRACTION is the new platform which will encourage the positioning and international professional network of fruit and vegetable companies with direct access to new strategic markets, allowing them to contact local operators and the influence zone, covering the geographical area of Middle East and North Africa. MAC FRUIT ATTRACTION is a global brand with plenty of international opportunities, and that adapts to the needs and peculiarities of each market. MAC FRUIT ATTRACTION is the result of merging two of the major industry event organizer worldwide: FRUIT ATTRACTION and MACFRUT. Tamer Safwat, general director of IFP EGYPT, organizer of FoodAfrica, highlighted the opportunities for the international fresh fruit and vegetable industry, as Egypt is a very active and dynamic area of influence in the production as well as import and export of fruit and vegetables. FoodAfrica is the perfect location to launch Mac Fruit Attraction in May 2016, especially given the success of last edition, with the participation of 8,340 trade visitors and 241 exhibitors from 18 countries.
