16 Tents p A r t y The following tents are installed by our trained staff. These tents are priced according to size, installation sites, distance to travel and accessibility to tent site. To ensure your satisfaction, call our special events coordinators for a no cost, no obligation quote. POLE TENTS Center poles as interior supports provide this style tent with endless decorating possibilities and enough space for any major event. Pole tents must be fully staked to the ground. Pole tents are avaialbe in widths of 20', 30', 40', 60', 80' and 100'. Optional lengths are available for each size. 20x20 PINK FRAME A percentage of proceeds are donated to Abington Memorial Hospital Rosenfeld Cancer Center. STAGE COVERS A variety of sizes are available. Please call for details. 15 FRAME TENTS The absence of center poles allows for maximum use of interior space with no obstructed views. Great for concrete, blacktop and deck installations. The 20'x, 30'x and 50'x tents are available with Gable Ends. These tents can be anchored with stakes or concrete weights. Frame tents are avaialbe in widths of 15', 16', 20', 30', 40' and 50'. Optional lengths are available for each size. SAIL CLOTH TENTS Inspired by the sea, this pole tent has a nautical feel with sculpted peaks and translucent fabric. Sail Cloth tents are avaialbe in widths of 44' and 59'. Optional lengths are available for each size. CLEAR SPAN STRUCTURE Clear span tents provide a well secured environment for long term installations and high profile events. 21 Seating ns Information Rule of Thumb for estimating seating capacity per square foot: 54" For Banquet Style Seating When using oblong tables, divide the room area (sq. ft.) by 8. When using round tables, divide the room area (sq. ft.) by 10. ROUND These figures are for maximum seating. If space is available for more comfortable seating, allow an additional 2 sq. ft. per person. Aside from main traffic areas, allow 54" between round tables for chair and service space and 60" between oblong tables where seating is back-to-back. This permits 24" service space behind an 18" chair depth. For Classroom Style Seating Divide the student seating area (sq. ft.) by 8. For Theater Style Seating Divide the spectator seating areas (sq. ft.) by 6. This method of figuring allows for chair and passage aisle. It does not allow for problems caused by traffic aisle, location of columns, service doors or unique room shapes. It is useful for a quick, general approximation. Where food service is not required and seating is at one side of the table, allow 36" between. While this may vary with degree of aisle comfort required, 36" distance between rows of chairs will suffice. 23 All About Renting Most of our equipment can be transported by the customers. Rates for delivery and pick-up are on an individual basis determined by the size of the order, distance of travel and time of day. Delivery is available to all locations. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a predetermined and mutually agreed upon place. Minimum delivery prices are for first floor or tailgate deliveries. Additional requirements may be subject to extra charges. Arrangements for a setup and for knock-down must be made in advance with an additional charge. A Security Deposit/Cancellation Charge is required to reserve all rental equipment. MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards are accepted. All contracts are required to be paid in full before delivery or customer pick-up. Any changes to your order must be made at least 72 hours in advance of customer pick-up or our delivery of the equipment rented. Cancellation charges do apply. We package our equipment in special containers for china, glassware, silver, etc., to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamanged and table ready. All china, glassware, silver, etc., should be cleaned and repacked in the same condition as delivered. Glassware should be turned upside down in the racks. Flatware and china should be rinsed of all food products. All tables and chairs should be folded and stacked for pick-up at a mutually agreed single location. Items not meeting these requirements will be subject to additional fees. Linens need to be returned dry. For sanitary reasons, all equipment must be returned clean. Items returned dirty are subject to a cleaning charge. Responsibility for rental items remains with the renter from receipt of the items to the time of return. Please be sure all rental items are secured when not in use and protected from the weather conditions. We offer an optional Damage Protection so that you can be protected from accidental damage. This does not cover missing equipment, negligence, or willful destruction of rented equipment. If Damage Protection is not selected a charge will apply for the replacement cost of any damaged equipment. Prices are subject to change without notice. 22
