Frameless cabnet nsde wdth may be up to 25-3/4". Add 1/2" cleats to the sdes, flush wth the f'ont edge of the sde panels to accept mountng screws. Heght for double oven 49-11/16" mn. Heght for sngle oven 27-1/2" mn. Both sngle and double ovens requre 7/8" overlap around edges of openng on both sdes and bottom. Allow 1/4" for top overlap. Allow 1/8" clearance between top of oven and cabnet door or panel and 1/8" between bottom of oven and cabnet drawer. Installaton of double oven requres a total heght of 51" ncludng clearances at top and bottom. Installaton of sngle oven requres a total heght of 28-13/16" ncludng clearances.

Ifa sold bottom s used, a 6" x 10" rectangle must be cut out to allow enough coolng arflow durng a selfcleanng operaton. Cut the sold bottom out of 5/8" ran. thck sheetng to ft the nsde dmensons of the cabnet. Measure 10-1/2" f'om left sde and 7" f'om the back wall. Cut the ventlaton hole 6" wde and 10" deep. If there s no nterference below the cutout, such as drawer runners, the sheetng can rest on the floor. Secure the sheetng strps or peces to the cabnet walls wth screws. Lay 2 x 4 or sold bottom on toll of the sheetng and drve screws through the toll and nto the sheetng. 12

13 Cabnetry Modfcatons Suggestons Determne need for fller panels If the cabnets beng used have an openng that s taller than the maxmum dmensons ndcated for the ovens, fller panels can be made to fll the gaps. Stock fller strps are usually avalable or for larger gaps order an extra drawer front. Drawer fronts are recommended because they wll match the cabnetry and have fnshed edges. Any cut edges wll be seen and should be fnshed. Fller Panel Overlaps Slghtlylke DoorsAbove Frameless cabnets usually come wth a f'ont panel coverng the openng. For the optmum fnshed look, ths panel can be removed and used to construct fller panels. Fller Panel Overlaps LowerShelf Slghtly The oven SUl)port floor and SUl)po'ts should be nstalled at the requred locatons. If there s a gap between the oven SUl)port floo" and the bottom of the openng, a bottom fller panel should be constructed to fll the gap. Measure f'om the oven SUl)port floor to the top of the openng. If the openng heght s larger than the maxmum cutout heght, a fller panel should be constructed to fll the gap. Fller panel constructon We suggest that the fller panel be constructed usng 4 peces: Appearance panel to match doors and drawers. A ral whch wll be covered by the oven overlaps and conceal any slght gap between the top or bottom of the oven and the start of the fller panel. The heght of the top ral should be enough to securely attach the ral to the appearance panel, plus 1/4" oven trm overlap. The heght of the bottom ral should be enough to securely attach the ral to the appearance panel, plus 7/8" oven trm overlap. The heght of both the top and bottom rals should be adjusted dependng upon the heght of the gap to be flled or to enhance appearance. Remove oven door: Open the door to stop poston. Grasp each sde of door, lftng up and off the hnges. Cover hnges wth towelng whle workng n oven area. Note: Thelowerfront trm spackedseparatelyand shouldnot be attacheduntl the ovensnstalled andsecuredto the nstallaton openng. Install oven trm lower Secure lower front trm to the front frame wth 3 Phllps head screws provded. Secure trm to the sde trm wth 2 #20 torx head screws as llustrated. The bottom trm provdes an openng for coolng ar to enter the cabnet. Ths openng should never be blocked. c_ Route cable through cutout Note: It sbestthat 2 people performths step:oneto hold ovenn postonand oneto feed cable, Wth oven n f'ont of cabnet openng: Start feedng the flexble power cable through cutout. Insert oven 3/4 way nto cabnet openng. Contnue to feed flexble power cable whle sldng oven nto place. Ths s to nsure that the flexble power cable wll not get trapped between the back of the oven and the back of the cabnet wall. Be sure you do not tll the unt forward durng nstallaton or you may bend the Lower Sde Trm. 17

18 Installaton Secure oven to cabnet Slde oven nto cabnet openng. Drll 3/32" plot holes through mountng holes n oven front frame. (2 screw holes for sngle ovens, 4 screw holes for double ovens.) Secure oven n place wth screws furnshed. (Use drywall screws f cabnet s partculate board). Securely fasten oven to cabnet usng the screws provded. Fahn'e to do so could cause the oven to move o" tp durng use and result n personal njury. Replace the oven door Remove towelng. The hnges should stll be n stop poston. Slde the door down onto the hnges as far as t wll go. Close the door. Connect electrcal Wth oven nstalled: Connect oven power cable to juncton box, usng flexble power cable connector.
