Guests can book on HotelTonght same-day and up to 7 days pror to ther check-n date. Bookngs made before 2am for TONIGHT are stll consdered "same day," so expect guests to check n that very nght. Stays can last up to fve nghts, and can be booked up to 7 days n advance. Guests book ether RUN OF HOUSE, 1 BED or 2 BEDS. We guarantee whatever room type s booked and we guarantee guests a room that fts TWO ADULTS. Reservatons are always PREPAID, NON-CANCELABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Inventory Management Inventory s controlled on HTx, HotelTonght s extranet, at Usernames and passwords wll be provded to approprate revenue managers and desgnated property contacts. The Bookng and Check-In Process Bookngs should be entered wthn 15 mnutes of recevng the reservaton va fax or emal as some guests could be arrvng on property shortly after bookng. The reservaton emal/fax ncludes a credt card number and the authorzed amount to charge HotelTonght drectly for the room and taxes. The guest s credt card should only be collected for ncdentals. Please do not double charge the guest for the room and taxes. When a guest arrves, please ask for pcture ID bookngs are only guaranteed for the person named on the Bookng Recept (emaled to the guest). If a guest sn t able to present you wth a Bookng Recept on ther phone and you haven t receved notce of a bookng from HotelTonght, please call us mmedately. PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE HOTELTONIGHT S RATE TO THE GUEST. The net rate should be suppressed. HotelTonght guarantees guests the room type booked ether 1 Bed, 2 Beds or Run of House. All rooms must ft 2 adults. For Run of House, please assgn a room accordng to your hotel s run of house room assgnment polces. If a guest requests an upgrade or a specfc beddng type not specfed on the app, please follow your hotel s procedures and charge the guest drectly for any upgrade fee, f applcable.

HotelTonght bookngs are ether for a room wth 1 Bed, 2 Beds or for Run of House rooms that are guaranteed to ft two adults. Any other specal requests must be made at the hotel and are subject to hotel avalablty and polces. Can HotelTonght members book more than one room at a tme? Yes members are allowed to book more than one room per day per account, as long as you have avalable nventory. Is the guest guaranteed a room? Yes f the guest booked a room on HotelTonght, that guest s guaranteed to have a room at the hotel. In order to mantan our strct non-refundable, non-cancelable polcy, we requre that you honor every bookng we send to you. If for some reason you are oversold or unable to honor a bookng, you must walk the guest to comparable accommodatons nearby. Can a HotelTonght member book a room for tomorrow nght on HotelTonght? Yes, guests can book up to 7 days n advance. Stays can last up to 5 nghts.

5 HT Trust and Safety The HotelTonght team works extremely hard to nab fraudulent or undesrable guests before they can complete a bookng. From tme to tme, some may slp through our detecton. If you ever have a feelng that a guest may be fraudulent, please reach out to us mmedately. Our team s here to help 24/7. Below are possble ndcators of fraud (note: ths s not an absolute or exhaustve lst, so please use your own best judgement). Please call our Customer Support anytme for assstance n determnng a guest s dentty or to report suspcous behavor Unable to provde a vald form of ID: Please confrm that the name on the bookng matches the guest s credt card and photo ID. The ID must be current (not expred) and show no sgns of tamperng. No photocopes should be accepted. Unable to provde a vald/chargeable credt card for ncdentals authorzaton: The name on the credt card should match the exact spellng lsted on the reservaton from HT as well as the guest s photo ID. Nether cash deposts nor photocopes of a credt card should be accepted. Name change requests made drectly to the front desk: All name changes or addtons requests should come from an HT agent. We wll verfy account nformaton and screen for any potental fraud flags. If a guest requests to change the name on ther bookng, please refer them to our Customer Experence Team whch s avalable 24/7. Late nght bookngs: Fraudulent users wll often try to book or arrve late n the evenng, whch means a leaner staff lne-up and fewer observng eyes.
