MENU: Chicken Alfredo: Grilled chicken breast atop creamy penne alfredo, served with garlic bread. Pradera Salad: Mixed greens, grilled chicken breast, torn applewood bacon, white cheddar cheese, and sliced apples, with apple white-balsamic vinaigrette. Grilled Salmon: Grilled salmon filet with smoked tomato saffron broth, fresh vegetables, cilantro risotto, and frizzled onions. Shrimp Stir-Fry: Tiger shrimp and Asian vegetables tossed in a ginger teriyaki sauce, over lo mein noodles. Dessert: Wild berry mousse with dessert cookies and fresh berries. All selections come with fresh rolls, butter, and choice of beverage (soda, tea & coffee). Tax and gratuity is included. Take Parker Road south to Bayou Gulch Road (Ponderosa High School is on the left); turn right. Continue 1.3 miles to Raintree and turn left. The club is approximately 2 blocks of your right. They have two children, a son, Blair, his wife and three children who live in Michigan, and a daughter, Kristin, her husband and three children who live in Colorado. Marti is enjoying retirement with her many hobbies, including knitting, crocheting, counted-cross stitch, quilting, reading, sewing and piano and is still attempting to master them all. They enjoy spending time with grandchildren and meeting new friends. She is happy that she finally got around to checking out the Parker Newcomer s Club and the many opportunities it offers.
