Improper behaviour is not tolerated and will lead to you being sent home (at your own expenses). - Everyone receives a wrist strap that has to be worn throughout the day. This allows you to follow the various components of the programme. - Make sure that you have an ID with you in all programme sections. - Misbehaviour is not tolerated. You are a guest at the companies and at the hotel. During the trips, a penalty system is used with a yellow and a red card. A yellow card gives an official warning to a student. With a red card, the student will be sent home. A second yellow card also means that the student will be sent home. - The boarding passes (tickets) are handed out by the supervising teachers. Group: We are one group We collect at Nijmegen Centraal Station at 10.15h for a bus-transfer to Weeze. The bus is waiting at the busstop at the Tunnelweg (the tunnel under the station). It will be a KRAS bus with the tio logo. We collect at AM at the desk from Wizzair at Weeze airport. Departure is on Tuesday 28 November at from Weeze airport. 2 On 2 december there will be a transfer to the 5 different tio locations. Bus 1: Utrecht Amsterdam Bus 2: Eindhoven Rotterdam Bus 3: Hengelo At arrival in Tanger you have to fill in a form to get the free visum. Luggage: You can bring a trolley or handbag that fits the requirements for hand-luggage. Look at the company s website for the details. (max 55 x 40 x 23 cm.). We also made a reservations for hold baggage (15kg). Hotel: Hotel Solazur Boulevard Mohammed VI Tanger The rooms are booked on the basis of a maximum of 2 persons per room. During the instruction lessons, the rooms will be divided on the bases of 2 persons per room.

It is possible that there are some changes to the programme. Therefore, always follow the instructions of the accompanying teacher. Rules after 23.00h If you come back to the hotel after PM, you are obligated to register the person that is travelling with the group at the hotel desk. You are required to write down your name and the time that you came back to the hotel in the registry. After that you can go to your room, alone. It is not allowed to use the elevators with a group during the night. Programme: During the whole programme, there will be a guide with the group. He can give answers to all the questions and he will lead the group to all places. There is also a bus available during the whole trip. If there are wishes to go somewhere with the group in leisure time, the bus can be used in consultation with the teachers and the guide. Please beware that the culture is different in Morocco. 6 There is WiFi in the hotel. Power outlets: You will not need an adapter. Visit the town by yourself: Always report to the accompanying teacher that you are going into town. Clothing: For the programme components in which we visit a company, the student is obligated to wear representative clothing, in accordance with Tio clothing regulations. Take also swimming clothes with you. The hammam we will visit is exclusive for our group. Emergency In case of an emergency, those at home can call the Tio location manager. If the location is closed, one of the accompanying teachers can be called in urgent need. Make sure to pass on this information to those staying in the Netherlands! Drinks are not included. Insurance: A joint travel insurance has been arranged for all international study trips and thus for all participating students. The terms can be found here: NOTE: BAGAGE AND CASH MONEY ARE NOT INSURED. If you want to have these items insured, you have to ensure these by yourself. Liability: Every student is obligated to be in possession of a valid registration for a liability insurance as well as a valid registration for a decent health insurance.
