4 Double Dutch 2018 Open DISC Venue details Location City Skydive De Heldinnenlaan MB Utrecht City Skydive is centrally located in the Netherlands. And because it s such a small country with awesome public transportation and well-paved highways is it very easy to get to our tunnel. Feel free to figure out your own way to get to us but here are some tips for transportation. Transportation From Schiphol o By car Take the A4 highway in direction of Amsterdam. After 3,5km follow the A9 in direction of Utrecht. Than after 12km follow the A2/E35 to Utrecht and after 19 km take exit 6 t/m 8 Maarssen. You will see the tunnel to at your right. For a better descripted route please press the following link: Schiphol to City Skydive o By public transport You can either: Get on any Intercity train to Utrecht Central station. At Utrecht Central station you need to take Bus 4 De Wetering Via Langerak. Get out at Zwemstrand Haarrijn. Take a train to Station Maarssen and from there take Bus 10 Lunette via Terwijde and get out at Utrecht The Foodspot. 4

5 Rotterdam Airport o By car From the airport get on the A13 to Rotterdam and after 2km turn onto the A20 in direction of Utrecht. The A20 will flow into the A12. Keep following Utrecht. When getting to the highway ring Utrecht, follow Utrecht West, Amsterdam/Maarssen/A2. Keep following signs with Maarssen/Vleuten/Ring/N230 and take Exit 6. You will see the tunnel at your left. For a better descripted rout please press the following link: Rotterdam Airport to City Skydive. o By public transport Get to Rotterdam Central Station with Bus 33. At Rotterdam Central get on any train to Utrecht Central Station. At Utrecht Central take Bus 4 De Wetering Via Langerak. Get out at Zwemstrand Haarrijn. Utrecht Central Station o By public transport You can either get Bus 4 De Wetering Via Langerak and get out at Zwemstrand Haarrijn. Or get on a train to Maarssen and from there take Bus 10 Lunette via Terwijde and get out at Utrecht The Foodspot. Dinner will also be arranged by City Skydive. This is included in the registration fee. City Skydive has its own bar with beverages and coffee at your own costs. Also, from City Skydive it s just a 1 min walk to the Food Spot. This is a food court for restaurants. The place holds 10 different kind of cuisines and thus has a large variation of choice. Across the street, is the Shell gas station. They ll have a variation of sandwiches and snacks. Pre-event training Tunnel time can be booked via City Skydive. 7 The competition Double Dutch 2018 Open DISC Event schedule The event schedule is subject to chance and will be updated in run-up to the competition. Registration Register at Double Dutch 2018 entry fee per team Early bird/normal VFS 4way open 400,-/ 450,- Solo freestyle open 250,-/ 300,- Solo freestyle junior 200,-/ 250,- D4W open 400,-/ 450,- D2W open 350,-/ 400,- D2W intermediate (speed only) 350,-/ 400,- Prices include: - 2 minutes warm-up time - Lunch/diner + 4 consumptions - Competition time - Award ceremony - 25% discount on multiple registrations.* * The 25% discount will be applied as follows: A participant in multiple teams will get a 25% discount on the full entry fee, divided by the number of team members. F.e. a participant who flies in a second VFS team will get 25% x (400/4) = 25,- discount on the total entry fee. Then the total entry fee of that team will be 375,-. With two team members participating in multiple teams that would be 350,- and so on. 7

8 Rules and divepools D4W / D2W o Open: The number of qualification rounds (speed and free) is depending on the number of participating teams. After the qualification rounds the competition will continue in the form of a tournament bracket in which speed and free rounds will be flown head to head. More info can be found at: way_4-way_cr_1.pdf o D2W Intermediate: The intermediate class will consist of 10 speed rounds only. Thus no free rounds. The complete draw will be given to the teams after the competition warm-up. More info can be found at: Solo Freestyle o Open: The solo freestyle competition will consist of 7 rounds of which 2 are compulsory rounds and 5 free rounds. More info can be found at: o Junior (7 rounds): same rules as above will apply. VFS 4way o Open: The VFS 4-way competition will consist of 10 rounds. The complete draw will be given to the teams after the competition warm-up. More info can be found at: ertical_formation_skydiving_cr_1.pdf Music (Dynamic and Freestyle) Any Freestyle or Dynamic Team wishes to perform using music or have to submit their free round video are asked to submit their files by the 15th of November The file or music must be exactly as needed for the performance. All files must be sent by to doubledutch@cityskydive.nl with the file correctly edited. The format of the filename should be as follows: [teamname]_[discipline].mp3 Please ensure your file is in correct format and has been received and confirmed by the organizer. 8
