This event is permitted and supported by FAI and PGAWC, recommended by Nepal National Sports Council and Nepal Olympic Committee,and funded by Syangja District Local Government. Arrival & Return airport Transfer (Kathmandu to Pokhara to Sirkot) via Bus (please refer to event program for tentative arrival & return date/time) 2. Accommodations for 5 days 4 night starting from 1-5 November Daily transportations 4. Meals 3 times/day from 2-4 November. (Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner) 5. Some Souvenirs. 6. Competition collaterals 7. Offering to pilots the chance to experience the outdoor and the beauty of Sirkot/Syangja, Nepal. Sleeping under the Stars concept Pilots are advice to bring their own sleeping bag (due to cold weather) and their own sleeping mattress for comfort. Complete infrastructure (ie toilets,shower) will be provided near the camping site.
