29 FAN ZONE BUDGET RECOMMENDATION THAT Council approve the budget for the activation of the Vancouver Fan Zone at $1.2 million THAT Council approve the funding for the Vancouver Fan Zone of $1.2 million from 2014 Surplus set aside in the Future Revenue Fund Budget Reserve. THAT any budget surplus (for example as a result of higher than projected food and beverage and VIP ticketing sales) be credited back to the Future Revenue Fund Budget Reserve at the completion of the program 29
