2 2 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION YOUR ARRIVAL IN ANTIBES : If you have a transfer, a driver will be waiting for you upon your arrival! AT THE NICE CÔTE D AZUR AIRPORT: The driver will be waiting for you at your arrival gate with a name sign or a sign with «CENTRE INTER- NATIONAL D ANTIBES (C.I.A.)». If you don t see the driver, please make your way to the information desk of the airport ( Informations ) situated in front of the arrival gates; ask if there is a message for you, if not, call the emergency number or the residence number. AT THE ANTIBES TRAIN STATION: The driver will be present at the exit of the train station with a name sign or a sign with «CENTRE INTERNATIONAL D ANTIBES (C.I.A.)». If you don t see the driver, call the emergency number or the residence number. NOTES Arrival and departure transfers are only guaranteed from 6.30am to 9.00pm (Saturday and Sunday). Outside this time, you will have to take a taxi. Airport transfers (one way) possible for the family: 60 The key of your studio and welcome information package will be available in the residence (we will provide you with the details upon your reservation). If you don t have a transfer, please make sure you arrive during the reception opening hours! If you are coming by your own means to antibes, you will find the necessary information on pages 4-5 to make your way to your residence. IMPORTANT NOTES EMERGENCY NUMBER A telephone hotline is provided during the weekend in case of any problem: (33) (0) It is imperative that you inform us of your exact arrival time 2 weeks before your arrival. If the information is not provided, we will not be able to guarantee your arrival transfer and you will have to pay for a taxi (50-70 ). 3 3 HOUSING IN A STUDIO: Families can choose, subject to availability: A double studio (2 beds) in our residences Aragon or Castel Arabel. A triple studio (3 beds) in our residence Castel Arabel. A quadruple studio or two double studios (3-4 beds) side by side or communicating in our residences Aragon or Castel Arabel. THE ROOM: The keys of the room will be available from 4pm. In all our residences, housework needs to be done by the students during their stay. Sheets are changed by our staff once a week. They must leave their room in perfect order and cleanliness upon departure. Should this not be the case, a fee of 50 will be retained from their deposit to clean the room. Damages caused by the students and the possible losses are the student s responsibilities. The students are kindly requested to leave the room before 10am the day of their departure. THE DEPOSIT: In all of our residences, a deposit of 200 /pax will be requested. It will be returned on the day of your departure, unless the room is not handed over in the same conditions it was given on the arrival day, or should anything be broken, or should there be any damage or loss of keys. The deposit can be made in cash or by credit card imprint. THE TOURIST TAX: The city of Antibes requests that travellers staying in the city pay a tourist tax. This tax allows them to finance expenses linked to tourist traffic. The amount of this tax reported below is indicative and may vary over the years. AMOUNT OF TAX PER RESIDENCE: Aragon Residence (Studios) : 1,50 /day/person Castel Arabel Residence (Studios) : 1,50 /day/person THE SERVICES: Sheets : provided Towels : NOT provided Laundry : Washing machine and dryer are available in all residences. Price for the use of the washing machine: 4 / Price for the use of the dryer: 2 Internet : WIFI is available at a cost of 5 /week.

6 6 2 - FOR PARENTS ASSIGNMENT TO A SCHOOL: We have two schools: «Le Château» and «Le Port». Depending on your test results, the school, class, room number and teacher s name will be posted on the information bulletin board in the hall of the «Le Château» school. WARNING: No lessons on French national holidays during week days. The lessons are not replaced neither refunded except for the individual classes. HOW TO GET TO THE SCHOOL: All of our residences are at 10 to 15 minute walk from the school. Upon arrival, the Head of the residence will provide you with a map of Antibes and will explain to you how to get to the school. No shuttle organised by us from the residence to the school. A welcome meeting is organised at 9:30am to show the school and to introduce you to the team. During this first day: You will sit a written and oral French test in order to know your level. You will participate in a visit of Antibes to discover the city and its attractions. If you have executive classes or individual classes only: You have a meeting at 8:30am in the school lobby where your teacher will await you. THE MEALS In studios, you benefit from a fully equipped kitchenette so can prepare and have breakfast, lunch and dinner. For lunch If you are at school «Le Château»: We offer you a self-service restaurant that is located in the school. The meals are to be paid directly on the premises. If you are at school «Le Port»: You are in downtown Antibes and you will find a variety of restaurants and snack stands. You can also, if you wish, go to «Le Château» school that is 15 minute walk away.

EVENING GOING OUT PERMISSION conditions depend on your child age. FOR JUNIORS IN COURSES ONLY OR DAY (COURSES & ACTIVITIES): 8-12 years old: NO DAY OUTING UNACCOMPANIED: continuous supervision until parents come to pick them up years old: DAY PERMISSION as follows: students are automatically authorized to go out unaccompanied in the day time outside mandatory courses and activities scheduled.
