Thus, making it the perfect place for kids to participate in Camps throughout the year - especially during the summer! Town & Country will definitely excite and energize all children with its unique amenity and program offerings.

For single day sign-ups, you will need to contact Town & Country at (859) for registration. We do accept walk-ups, if space is available. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the registration form and to process your payment.

The available options are: All-Day Camp Member rate $159/week $49/day Non-member rate $169/week $54/day Half-Day Camp Member rate $89/week $29/day Non-member rate $94/week $34/day July 4th Week Rates (Wednesday-Friday only) Full Day $95 member $105 member Half Day $54 member $59 member No refunds are provided for absences, or withdrawals from the summer camp program. CHECK IN: All campers attending must be signed in by their parent/guardian at the designated drop-off location (Multipurpose Room). Please make sure your emergency contacts are correct. CHECK OUT: Only authorized adults that have been indicated on the camper s check-in sheet may pick-up your camper(s) from summer camp. A picture ID is required at time of pick-up by each individual. Pick up will be in the kids zone. For those who require extended post-camp care, the fee is $5 for every 15 minutes late. LUNCH: Lunch will not be provided; campers will have to pack and bring their own lunches. Drinks will be provided, this will include: lemonade, fruit punch or water. We are able to refrigerate and/or heat up food items. Please have lunches labeled with your child s first and last name. SNACK: Campers will have the opportunity to purchase healthy options off of the $1.00 snack cart during lunch break. Please provide funds for your camper if they plan to purchase an item from the cart. Campers will be very active throughout the day, so we have designated two separate snack times, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Bring snacks if your child will be hungry and does not want to purchase from snack cart.

4 [Summer CAMP HANDBOOK] 4 MEDICATIONS: A medication form will need to be filled out completely if your child needs to receive medication while at camp. You will need to make sure the medication is current. All medications should be in its original container with your child s first and last name labeled on the container. DISCIPLINE POLICY: To ensure that campers are provided with a safe and fun environment, a five-strike policy has been implemented. Please read carefully. The five-strike policy will be applied if: the camper fails to follow camp rules, is reasoned unsafe to the well-being of oneself or any other campers, use of improper language or gestures, damage or theft of Town & Country property or the other campers. Five-Strike Policy: First Strike- Verbal warning from a camp counselor. Second Strike- Time out of group or activity. Third Strike- Written behavior warning given to parent. Fourth Strike- Director phone call or conversation with parent. Fifth Strike- If the camper continues to have problems; the parent will be called to pick up the camper. If you are called to pick up your child for disciplinary reasons, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note: Some offenses do not require five-strike policy. WHAT TO BRING: Lunch / Water bottle Swim suit Towel Sunscreen Sneakers Wear clothes that can get dirty WHAT NOT TO BRING: Handheld games Electronic devices Cell phones Anything that you do not want to lose or share PRE-CAMP CARE ACTIVITIES: Located in the multi-purpose room. We will have several different activities for your camper, they include: coloring, crafts, board games, card games, jenga, and puzzles. ORGANIZED GAME ACTIVITIES: During the day, campers will have several opportunities for organized games. These games include, but are not limited to: soccer, baseball, kickball, basketball, capture the flag, spud, monkey ball, sneaker, tag games, football, relay races, water balloon toss, and dodgeball.

The campers will be able to play aeroball, tubes and tunnels, kids fitness equipment, kids basketball court, or the sports wall. REMINDERS: - Optional swim days will be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. - Wednesdays will be Outdoor Water Games, weather permitting. - $1.00 snack cart will be offered at lunch break. - Friday s are dress up days, so wear your wackiest outfit related to each theme. - Slushie Fridays: trip to Thornton s after lunch break for a $1.00 slushie. CAMP RULES: - Respect yourself, counselors, and all other campers. - Clean up after yourself. - Think before you act. - Clap, cheer, and encourage each other. - Be a good sportsman with a positive attitude. - Have fun! LOST AND FOUND: Please make sure EVERYTHING is labeled with your child s name. Items that are left behind, including clothes/shoes/other items, will be placed on the Summer Camp lost and found table, which will be located in the multi-purpose room. PERSONAL PROPERTY: Town and Country is not held responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Please have your child leave electronics, hand held games, and toys at home. 7 [Summer CAMP HANDBOOK] 7 MEET OUR STAFF Ms. Kristyn I am currently an elementary Physical Education teacher in Boone County. I love being outdoors, being active, and hanging out with family and friends. This is my 5 th year doing summer camp and I m looking forward to my second year as director. Ms. Megan I am a senior at NKU majoring in Nursing. This is my second year as a camp counselor and I am very excited to have a fun summer with the campers! Ms. Maria- My name is Maria Silbersack and a recent graduate of NKU. I enjoy being outside and playing soccer! This will be my third year as a camp counselor. Mr. Anthony-I'm 25 years old and this is my 6th year doing summer camp! I'm currently a student at NKU and my major is Integrative Studies with a focus on Web Design! In my free time I enjoy cooking and fishing! Ms. Ali- Hi everyone, I'm Ali Shea. I'm currently a Kindergarten teacher at St. Mary School in Alexandria, KY. I love being outdoors playing sports and spending time with family and friends. I'm looking forward to a great camp this summer! Ms. Sarah -Hello, I am Miss Sarah! This is my second year doing summer camp and I am very excited to get started! I am currently a senior at Northern Kentucky University majoring in Exercise Science. I enjoy running outside, hiking, and swimming. One fun fact about me is that I am a vegan.

8 [Summer CAMP HANDBOOK] 8 Mr. Ben- I am a student at BYU studying business management with an emphasis in sports marketing, I play basketball and soccer, and enjoy scuba diving and traveling. Huge music and movie buff - favorite movie would be white men can t jump. I also am an avid car fanatic, driving a wide variety of exotic and cool cars! Ms. Dayne- My name is Dayne Merkley. I am 20 years old and go to Thomas More College where I am majoring in Psychology. I enjoy playing and watching any sport, but basketball and softball are my favorites. It is my first time being a summer camp counselor and I am so excited to be a part of it! Ms. Colleen- I went to Northern Kentucky University where I graduated in 2015 with a bachelors degree in biology and participated on the cross country and track teams. I will be returning to NKU in the fall to become a registered nurse! In my downtime I still enjoy a good run and spending time outdoors. You can also find me jamming to music, practicing my tap dance moves, and spending time with my family and friends. Mr. Bain- I am currently a student at NKU studying Electronic Media and Broadcasting. I am excited about joining the Town and Country Summer Camp team!
