13 Sea Scouts Learn to Scuba! Our Sea Scout Ship 5212 s First Mate, and JPYC club-member Candace Cooper was responsible for getting 100% of our qualified swimmers an introductory scuba diving class. 8 youths from our Ship learned the basics of scuba diving from University of Chicago instructors. Bravo Zulu Candace!
