3 Chamber Welcomes Jackie Boos as New Tourism Director Jackie is a "transplant" to Chippewa Falls from Central WI but now considers these woods her home Her and her husband Matt, moved here in 2008 to his hometown They have two young children, their son Parker(2 ½) and their daughter Emerson(1) Jackie and her family love the outdoor lifestyle, the four seasons yes ALL of them, and the pride that comes from a small town Jackie has been in the tourism/hospitality field for 9 years and most recently assisted the Eau Claire area with their tourism efforts Working not only with the partnership levels but also marketing, group sales, and grants She is passionate about networking and building relationships and working hard to get any job done Jackie is excited to start this new chapter and work towards growing the economic impact of tourism in Chippewa County Note from Jackie: I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself to you all, I am the new Tourism Director of the Chippewa Falls Area and I am extremely excited to dive in and start creating some amazing opportunities in our tourism industry I plan to meet each of you and/or say hello to some old friends but before that happens I wanted to just say hello!
