Section 1 was finished in Section 2A to be reconstructed is between Park Street and Allan Street, Section 2B is between Allan and James Street, and Section 3 from James Street north to about 0 metres south of West Heritage Street (Town Limits). Reconstruction will include upgrades to watermains, road section/drainage improvements and the extension of sanitary sewer from James Street to the Town Limits.
