The 2018 MAPT Conference and Trade Show will be held on July (Trade Show July 11) at the University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center. At the 2017 Trade Show, the members and exhibitors attended and displayed at one of the valued events in our history. We are growing each year and our Business Partners are a vital part of the growth. This packet includes detailed trade show information, registration form and floor plan. The 2018 exhibit hall setup will remain the same as Exhibitors will have the opportunity to reserve their same space(s) or indicate 3 choices for a different space. The deadline to reserve the same space is March 9, After the deadline, unreserved spaces will become available to the 2017 exhibitors indicating choices for a different space on a first-come basis. Our Executive Board and members is looking forward to a well-attended 2018 Conference and Trade Show. The Conference Program Committee has scheduled a keynote speaker, workshops and informative presenters designed to attract the transportation professionals that will be interested in meeting with you at the 2018 Trade Show. 2 The Missouri Association for Pupil Transportation announces THE 53rd ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND TRADE SHOW JULY 10-13, 2018 The Missouri trade show has been recognized as one of the nation s largest state trade shows, attracting over 300 school district and contractor members and guests, and more than 50 exhibits to the 2017 show. The 2018 Trade Show will be held at: University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center 333 S.Hammons Parkway Springfield, Missouri Springfield is located near the Branson, Missouri area offering attendees and guests many fun activities for the entire family.
