6 Important Information & Advice All riders must be members of EA or the CCJC to compete. If you are a member of neither you can pay for casual membership ($20 for the weekend). To take annual membership of CCJC ($50 per year), please visit nominate.com.au/clubs and select Join a Club at the top of the page, prior to entering this event. Horse levy $10 per horse (compulsory fee) Camping $20 per night Stables $15 per day Class sizes are strictly limited to 30 riders per class. All entries via nominate and no entries on the day. Horses and riders in Official classes must have current EA competition licence. Prize money and points for official classes are subject to the classes meeting minimum entries (10) as per EA Jumping Rule. If sufficient entries not achieved, CCJC reserve the right to reduce the prize money. Riders can compete as Juniors until the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 18 years. Junior and open classes will run as one class however there will be prize money for both open and juniors. Where there is a split Open/Junior class, Juniors can only compete in EITHER the junior OR the open classes, not both. Day will be run to EA National Jumping Rules Dress as per EA National Jumping Rules. EA approved riding helmets are compulsory. Classes must run to time to ensure sufficient light for the day so please ensure you present to the ring, as classes can not wait. All jumping and warm up will take place in the main ring. No warming up, lunging etc. in other areas of the show ground please. There will be plenty of space available for flat work warm up however the jumping warm up will be restricted to 5 riders at a time. Warm up ring steward will only take names for one class in advance. In the warm up ensure you jump obstacles as flagged. Event organisers reserve the right to stop any horse/rider combination from taking part if it is deemed unsafe or becomes apparent the welfare of the horse is in question. There are many different user groups for the Showground so please ensure you respect the grounds and other users. Well behaved dogs are welcome, however you must clean up their mess and they must be kept on a lead at all times Any camping and stables must be paid for in advance. Failure to pay in advance and display correct camping/stable passes may result in venue security asking you to leave the grounds. Stables may only be used when allocated and stable fees include the day use of stables Stables must be cleaned after use, if your allocated stable is dirty on arrival, please advise an official so an alternative can be allocated. Own yards are allowed. Yards must meet EA standards Please place all waste in the bins provided Please ensure manure is placed in the allocated areas Please ensure you secure valuables, the Club accepts no liability for any losses Cancellations are non-refundable unless vet or doctors certificate can be provided in advance of the event Hendra is not compulsory however there may be bat activity in the vicinity of the show grounds. The day cannot run without volunteers. If you can volunteer for a few hours, please provide details on entry. Volunteers will receive discount at future events.

7 Where are we? Coffs Coast Jump Club Inc. is very proud to call the Coffs Harbour Showgrounds home. The Showgrounds are located in the heart of Coffs Harbour at 123 Pacific Highway, with plenty of stables, clean ammenities, powered campsites and we are close to all other facilities such as restaurants, bars, take away food venues and good cafes only a short stroll. For your convenience there is a 24hr United Petrol Station across the road at the Bailey Centre as well as a discount chemist if required. Horseland is located directly opposite the Showgrounds and are open Mon-Fri & Saturday until 9am-2pm.
