2 ***NEPTHA STALL RULES AND INFORMATION*** 1. No stall reservations will be accepted before April 1st. 2. Stalls are assigned in the order they are received. Every attempt will be made to accommodate special requests but cannot be guaranteed. 3. Stall & Camper reservations must include a reservation form completely filled out with all required information and a postdated check. 4. Payment: Write a separate check for each show you are reserving a stall / camper postdated 1 week prior to the show. This is when the check will be deposited. If you FAIL to send payment for stall / camper reservations, your reservation will be CANCELED. No exceptions will be made. 5. Group / Farm reservations stalling together must send reservations together and list responsible party for each stall reserved, with payment also include a back number. 6. Tack stalls that are shared between groups / farms etc. will be placed & paid for in the name of the party making the reservation; it will be your responsibility to collect funds from the parties you are sharing the tack stall with. Not NPETHA s responsibility. 7. Stalls/campers/trailers/tents reserved onsite at the show will be made through the show office and PAID UPON ARRIVAL. 8. CANCELLATIONS: *All cancellations must be received by Monday the week of the show. (5 days before show start). IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL ANY STALLS NOT TAKEN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, unless a veterinarian or doctor note is provided. *All cancellations made Tuesday thru the show start, must be accompanied by a vet or doctors note. NO NOTE, NO REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS. ***Refunds: You will have 3 options: A. Show credit, which will be applied to your show bill. B. Forwarded or Applied to the next show. C. Check (will be sent within 2 weeks after the show) ** It is the exhibitor s responsibility to notify NEPTHA of how they would like the credit / refund applied. 9. Any person who re-sells their stall is solely responsible for collecting the funds for said stall. NEPTHA will not issue checks or collect funds for sold stalls. 10. Arrival time for stalls & campers is 10 AM on Friday of the show. 11. Early arrivals (before 10 AM Friday) will be charged $30 per horse (no charge for tack stalls) and $40 per camper and must be indicated on reservation form and paid to be accommodated. 3 12. Camper & Tents: ***ANYONE WHO PLUGS INTO ELECTRICITY WILL BE CHARGED (This includes; being plugged into the barn, to another trailer, etc. A. Camper spaces should be reserved with ALL stall reservations and include payment. B. Provide all information on the reservation form. IE: License plate for truck or trailer or both make and model of vehicle. C. You will receive a Paid tag at the show, which must be displayed on your trailer/camper/tent. 13. Campers will have priority in camper spots over tents. Tents must not interfere with camper parking / hook-ups. 14. No holding camper spots for late arrivals. 15. Trailers & Campers that are not hooking up to electricity or water should not park in camper spots, or you will be charged weekend camper fee. 16. There is a maximum limit of 2 miniatures, ponies or weanlings per stall. Horses 1 year of age or older must be stalled separately. 17. NO horses / ponies/ miniatures in trailers overnight. 18. No horses or dogs shall be left unattended in isles of the barns. This will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. 19. ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASED EVERYWHERE ON THE SHOW GROUNDS AND UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. A. All dogs on the show grounds must have proof of rabies shot. B. All dogs are not allowed in/or around any riding areas where exhibitors are riding, in holding pen, or left unattended in the isles of the barn, etc. **IMPOTANT NOTICE TO ALL WITH DOGS: If the show manager receives multiple complaint about dogs 1 st offense a verbal warning. 2 nd offense will be a $10 fine per dog(s) and the dog(s) will not be permitted at any NEPTHA future shows or events. 20. No one should be mounted on their horses in the isles of the barn or the walk ways into the main arena from stalling area. 21. Fees are as follows: A. Stalls: $80 ea. (10 AM Friday thru Sunday) B. Camper / Trailer: $70 ea. (10AM Friday thru Sunday) C. Day Stall: $40 ea. per day, no overnight stay. D. Early Horse: $30 ea. (before 10 AM on Friday, no charge for early tack stall) E. Early Campers: $40 ea. (before 10 AM on Friday) F. Truck in: $25 per each horse / pony /mini/ per day. G. Return check fee $ IF YOUR CHECK IS RETURENED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY ALL FEES DUE TO NEPTHA; YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY CASH OR MONEY ORDER FOR FURTHER FUNCTIONS AT NEPTHA EVENTS, INDEFINTLY. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME SHOWING WITH US AND ONLY SHOW THE LAST SHOW OF THE SEASON, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY CASH FOR ANY STALLS, CAMPERS, OR FOR ANY ENTRIES TO CLASSES.
