NO PARKING IN FRONT OF SITES * THERE WILL BE NO PARKING OF VEHICLES ALLOWED ALONG THE ROAD SIDE OF NON-ELECTRIC SITES 33-35, YOU MAY PARK IN THE PARKING AREA ACROSS FROM THE STOP SIGN. *ANY PERSON FOUND ABUSING OR VANDALIZING ANY PROPERTY OF GRAVEL PONDS WILL HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP REVOKED AND BE CHARGED FOR THE DAMAGES AS PROVIDED BY LAW. *MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF PROPERTY. *MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES - ALL TRASH TO BE TAKEN TO THE DESIGNATED DUMPSTER. *NO ICE FISHING OR WINTER ACTIVITIES. *NO DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS, NO NUDITY AND NO FOUL LANGUAGE. *NO GLASS BOTTLES. *NO STONE THROWING. *CIGARETTE BUTTS MUST BE PROPERLY DISPOSED OF - NOT THROWN ON THE GROUND OR IN THE WATER. NO UNDERAGE SMOKING. *NO SMOKING ON THE BEACH. NO SMOKING WITHIN 3O FEET OF BOULDER HALL, THE ICE CREAM WINDOW, THE GENERAL STORE OR THE BEDROCK PUB & CAFÉ *NO UNDER AGE DRINKING. *NO UNLICENSED VEHICLES, ATV S, MINI BIKES, ETC - NO UNLICENSED OR UNDERAGE DRIVERS. *NO WASHING OR REPAIRING OF VEHICLES. NO RIDING ON THE OUTSIDE OF ANY MOTOR VEHICLE (HOOD, ROOF, BUMPER, ETC.). *NO MOTORIZED FISHING BOATS. (ELECTRIC BOAT MOTORS MAY BE USED, BUT MUST FIRST BE CLEANED, TO PREVENT UNWANTED PLANT AND ANIMAL LIFE FROM ENTERING THE POND) *ALL BOATS ARE SUPPLIED BY GRAVEL PONDS. NO PRIVATELY OWNED BOATS ARE ALLOWED. *NO GOLF CARTS, MINI BIKES, BATTERY/ELECTRIC CHILDREN S VEHICLES, SCOOTERS & ETC. DUE TO SAFETY REASONS (ONLY PERMANENT MEMBERS MAY HAVE GOLF CARTS) *CHINESE LANTERNS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE LAUNCHED AT GRAVEL PONDS, DUE TO SAFETY REASONS. **QUIET TIME IS 10 PM (11 PM ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS) YOU MAY STAY OUT AT YOU CAMPFIRE AS LATE AS YOU LIKE, BUT YOUR NEIGHBORS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HEAR YOU PAST 10 PM. 2

5 *CAMP FIRES ARE ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. *NO BON FIRES - CAMP FIRES ONLY. CAMP FIRES/FIRE WOOD *NO GARBAGE, CANS OR BOTTLES IN FIRE PITS. ANYONE LEAVING GARBAGE IN FIRE PIT WILL HAVE THEIR GATE CARD CANCELED. *BURNING OF WOODEN PALLETS OR ANY WOOD CONTAINING NAILS, SCREWS, BOLTS (OR ANY METAL) IS NOT PERMITTED! PETS *ALL DOGS MUST BE LICENSED AND ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH OR ROPE AT ALL TIMES - - INCLUDING TIME SPENT AT YOUR SITE-ONLY EXCEPTIONS ARE WHEN SWIMMING IN DOG POND AND WHEN THE PET IS INSIDE YOUR CAMPER OR CAR. *CLEAN UP AFTER PETS OR RISK HAVING MEMBERSHIP REVOKED. *NO PETS ON THE BEACH, IN THE STORE, IN BOULDER HALL OR IN THE RESTROOMS. *A CURRENT COPY OF EVERY DOG S RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE AND LICENSE MUST BE ON FILE WITH GRAVEL PONDS THIS INCLUDES ANY DOGS VISITING WITH GUESTS. *ANY DOG CREATING A NUISANCE DUE TO BARKING, ETC., WILL BE BANNED FROM THE PARK. *SWIMMING IS IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. SWIMMING *ALL RULES POSTED IN BEACH AREAS MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED. *NO UNATTENDED CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18. *NO SWIMMING UNLESS THE BEACH IS OCCUPIED BY AT LEAST 2 ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 18. AT LEAST ONE ADULT MUST BE ON THE BEACH. *NO SWIMMING AFTER DARK.. *NO DIVING OR SCUBA DIVING. *NO PETS ON THE BEACHES. *NO SWIMMING IN BAD WEATHER OR TEMPERATURES BELOW 70 DEGREES. *NO SWIMMING OFF PADDLE BOATS. *ANY RESCUE OR MEDICAL EMERGENCY DIAL 911 FROM THE PHONE AT THE MAIN BEACH OR THE KID S BEACH AND CONTACT TO STAFF. *NO SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE BEACHES. 3

6 BOATING *PADDLE BOATS AND ROW BOATS ARE AVAILABLE DURING STORE WORKING HOURS ONLY. *BOATS ARE FREE FOR OUR MEMBERS, BUT ALL BOATS MUST BE SIGNED OUT WITH A 100% REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN THE BOAT IS RETURNED CLEAN AND IN IT S PROPER SPOT.) *LIFE JACKETS/VESTS MUST BE WORN AND PROPERLY FASTENED AT ALL TIMES IN ALL PADDLE & ROW BOATS. *LIFE-JACKETS ARE NOT PROVIDED BY GRAVEL PONDS BUT MAY BE RENTED AND SIGNED OUT AT THE GENERAL STORE. CUSHIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. *LIFE JACKETS/VESTS MUST BE RETURNED AFTER EACH USE-NOT AT THE END OF DAY/WEEKEND! *NO BOATING AFTER DARK (ROW BOATS OR PADDLE BOATS). *NO STANDING IN THE BOAT. *PADDLE & ROW BOATS ARE ON A FIRST- COME, FIRST- SERVE BASIS - SHARING IS ENCOURAGED (RULES ARE POSTED BY BOATS). *ALL BOATS ARE SUPPLIED BY GRAVEL PONDS. NO PRIVATELY OWNED BOATS ARE ALLOWED. *DO NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS IN BOATS (BOATS ARE MARKED). *ALL ROW BOATS MUST BE CLEAN AND LEFT OUT OF THE WATER - UPSIDE DOWN WITH THE OARS LEFT IN OAR BOX. *PADDLE BOATS MUST BE LEFT CLEAN AND TIED TO THE DOCK - DO NOT TAKE PADDLE BOATS ONTO SHORE. (ROCKS CAUSE DAMAGE TO PADDLES). PADDLE BOATS MUST BE 50 FEET FROM SHORE AT ALL TIMES. *ELECTRIC BOAT MOTORS MAY BE USED. THE MOTORS MUST FIRST BE CLEANED TO PREVENT ANY UNWANTED PLANT AND ANIMAL LIFE FROM ENTERING THE POND (SEE PARK MANAGER FOR DETAILS) *NO SWIMMING FROM PADDLE BOATS OR ROW BOATS. ANYONE IN THE WATER OUTSIDE OF A BOAT WILL BE EXPELLED FROM THE PARK (ANY GUESTS IN VIOLATION OF THE RULES, MEMBERS WILL BE EXPELLED). *NO BOATS MAY BE STORED ATCAMPSITES, ALL BOATS MUST BE RETURNED WHEN NOT IN USE. *FISHING IS TO BE WITH BARBLESS HOOKS & LURES ONLY. *FISHING IS ON A CATCH & RELEASE BASIS ONLY. *NO ADDING FISH TO THE POND. *NO FISHING OUT OF PADDLE BOATS. *NO FISHING IN DESIGNATED SWIMMING AREAS. *NO LIVE BAIT. (WORMS & CRAYFISH ARE PERMITTED). *NO MINNOWS OR MINNOW TRAPS ALLOWED. FISHING 4

7 PAVILIONS *GRAVEL PONDS PROVIDES 4 PAVILIONS. 3 PAVILIONS MAY BE RESERVED, WHILE THE OTHER PAVILION IS STRICTLY ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. *ANY MEMBER OF GRAVEL PONDS MAY RESERVE A PAVILION *ANY MEMBER RESERVING A PAVILION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LETTING GUESTS IN THE PARK, PURCHASING GUEST PASSES AND CLEAN UP OF THE PAVILION. (ONLY ADULT MEMBERS CAN LET GUESTS IN) *BOULDER HALL MAY BE RENTED, WHEN AVAILABLE, $300 PLUS GUEST PASSES. (SEE PARK MANAGER) GATE ACCESS *FOR SAFETY, THE LOCAL AMBULANCE, FIRE, & POLICE HAVE 24 HR ACCESS CARDS TO ENTER THE PARK AT ANY TIME. IF YOU HAVE CONTACTED 911 FOR AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE BE SURE TO -NOTIFY THE DISPATCHER OF YOUR SITE #, FOLLOWED BY E FOR ELECTRIC SITE OR OVER FLOW AREA OR WOODED AREA. AND -CONTACT THE GENERAL STORE ( SOMEONE WILL ANSWER AFTER HOURS), SO WE CAN HAVE THE GATE OPEN AND WE CAN DIRECT THEM TO YOUR SITE. *ONLY ADULT MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO USE GATE CARDS - DO NOT GIVE YOUR GATE CARD TO ANY GUEST OR CHILDREN. WHEN GUESTS ARRIVE AT THE GATE, ONLY YOU CAN LET THEM IN. * GATE IS IN OPERATION FROM 5:30 AM TO 10:00 PM GATE WILL ALWAYS LET YOU OUT. *WARNING: ALL GATE ACTIVITY IS MONITORED ON 24 HOUR VIDEO DON T JEOPARDIZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP! GUEST PASSES 1. ALL GUESTS 17 AND OLDER NEED A PASS - FAMILY MEMBERS INCLUDED. 2. IF A MEMBER WISHES TO BRING A GUEST TO GRAVEL PONDS, THE GUEST MUST HAVE A GUEST PASS. GUEST PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED BY MEMBERS ONLY AT THE GENERAL STORE. 3. A DAY GUEST PASS IS GOOD FROM 5:30AM TO 10PM WHEN THE PARK CLOSES. ANY GUEST STAYING OVERNIGHT MUST HAVE AN OVERNIGHT GUEST PASS FOR EACH NIGHT THEY STAY. OVERNIGHT PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE AND ARE GOOD UNTIL 11AM THE NEXT DAY. 4. GUEST PASSES SHOULD BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE - $4.00 EACH FOR DAY PASSES AND $8 EACH FOR OVERNIGHT PASSES. THESE PASSES, IF NOT USED, CAN BE TURNED IN AT THE END OF THE SEASON FOR A FULL REFUND. REFUNDS WILL BE PAID BY CHECK AND MAILED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SEASONAL CLOSING. UNUSED GUEST PASSES ONLY FROM THE PREVIOUS SEASON MAY BE EXCHANGED IN THE SPRING OF THE NEXT SEASON UNTIL THE END OF JUNE. 5. OUR 4 TH OF JULY CELEBRATION GUEST PASSES ARE SPECIAL HOLIDAY WRISTBANDS WITH DIFFERENT PRICING. MUST BE PRE-PURCHASED AND THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 6. ALL MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EDUCATING GUESTS IN REGARD TO PARK RULES AND MAKING SURE THE GUESTS FOLLOW ALL RULES. 7. ANY GUEST WISHING TO BRING A DOG MUST HAVE A COPY OF A CURRENT RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE AND DOG LICENSE TO BE PLACED ON FILE. 8. GUESTS MAY NOT BE LEFT IN THE PARK AT ANYTIME WITHOUT THE RESPONSIBLE MEMBER IN THE PARK 5

8 GUEST CAMPING GUEST PASSES WILL BE $4 FOR A DAY PASS AND $8 FOR AN OVERNIGHT PASS, BUT WHEN YOUR GUEST BRINGS IN THEIR OWN RV, TENT OR CAMPER WE WILL BE CHARGING A FEE FOR THE CAMPING SITE (FOR EACH RV, TENT OR CAMPER-EVEN IF THEY ARE SHARING A SITE). NON-ELECTRIC SITE GUESTS WILL PAY $9 PER NIGHT FOR THE SITE PLUS GUEST PASS FEES AND ELECTRIC SITE GUESTS WILL PAY $16 PER NIGHT FOR THE SITE PLUS GUEST PASS FEES. Example 1: 2 ADULTS, 17 OR OVER, WITH 1 CAMPER OR TENT ON A NON-ELECTRIC SITE $8 EACH FOR OVERNIGHT GUEST PASSES - $16 $9 PER TENT OR CAMPER PER NIGHT - $ 9 $25 PER NIGHT Example 2: 2 ADULTS, 17 OR OVER, WITH 1 CAMPER OR TENT ON AN ELECTRIC SITE $8 EACH FOR OVERNIGHT GUEST PASSES - $16 $16 PER TENT OR CAMPER PER NIGHT - $16 $32 PER NIGHT *IF A GUEST STAYS INSIDE A MEMBER S CAMPER / TENT ONLY AN OVERNIGHT GUEST PASS IS REQUIRED FOR EACH PERSON 17 OR OLDER. CAMP SITES *ALL CAMPSITES ARE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. *EACH MEMBERSHIP ENTITLES THE MEMBERS TO ONE CAMPSITE ONLY (2 ADULTS SPLITTING A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP ARE ENTITLED TO ONLY 1 CAMP SITE). *LIMITED ELECTRICAL SITES ARE AVAILABLE FOR $7 PER DAY, PER CAMPER (STARTING WHEN THE SITE IS FIRST OCCUPIED). *MEMBERS MAY CAMP 4 DAYS & 3 NIGHTS PER WEEK AT THE ABOVE RATE ADDITIONAL NIGHTS WILL COST $15 PER NIGHT PLUS COST OF ELECTRICAL SITE, IF ELECTRICAL SITE IS OCCUPIED. THE MAXIMUM LENGTH OF ANY STAY IS 14 NIGHTS.)
