2 WELCOME HOMEGROUNDS As the Carlton Football Club embarks on the 2018 season, we remain committed to growing our club as we continue to build towards sustained success. In our third year under senior coach Brendon Bolton, we look forward to seeing our emerging young talent, mixed with our impressive senior leaders, once again pull on the navy blue jumper. Off the field, we continue to strengthen relationships with our valued partners. I d like to recognise and thank our co-major partners Hyundai and Virgin Australia for their support this year, both re-committing to the Club until at least With the Blues playing 11 home games next season, I m looking forward to once again hosting the Carlton President s Club by Virgin Australia. Situated in the heart of Melbourne s Docklands, Etihad is the only football stadium in the Southern Hemisphere with a fully retractable roof. For 109 seasons, Princes Park - the traditional home of the Carlton Football Club - provided an idyllic backdrop for 962 senior matches. Today, our AFL and AFLW teams take full advantage of what is now known as Ikon Park, a $20 million, high-performance facility. Our AFLW team will play three home games at Ikon Park in 2018, giving fans a special opportunity to witness football again at our traditional suburban home. Ikon Park also gives you the chance to witness the inner workings of a professional sporting environment away from match days.
