5 The Audi Stadium Club is the first of its kind in South Australia, providing exclusive and fully transferable access all year round. Located on the third level of the Eastern Stand, the Audi Stadium Club provides padded reserved seating in a central position with access to cricket and football as well as preferential booking options for other Adelaide Oval events. Exclusive invitations and special offers to Stadium Club member events ETIHAD RECIPROCAL RIGHTS The Audi Stadium Club has entered into a formal arrangement for its members to have reciprocal rights with the Medallion Club at Etihad Stadium. The opportunity to purchase guest passes into the Medallion Club is on the terms and conditions determined by the Management of Etihad Stadium. To arrange for guest passes into the Medallion Club for the 2014 AFL season please contact your designated Account Manager to assist in co-ordinating this for you. 5

7 ENJOY YOUR TIME IN THE AUDI STADIUM CLUB As an Audi Stadium Club member, we ask that you respect your fellow members and their guests. The use of offensive language or obscene gestures may result in a member having their membership revoked. DRESS STANDARD A minimum dress standard of neat smart casual attire (no rips or tears) for both men and women is required in the Audi Stadium Club for all members and their guests who are invited into this exclusive area. Rubber thongs, ugg boots, track suit pants and singlets are not permitted in the Audi Stadium Club. Males must wear a collar when inside any of these areas, even if worn under a sweater or jacket. Football jumpers are allowed provided a shirt is worn underneath. Any member or guest may be asked to leave the Audi Stadium Club if they do not meet the minimum dress standard. A full list of prohibited items, dress standards and conditions of entry are available at adelaideoval.com.au SMOKE FREE STADIUM Adelaide Oval is a smokefree venue. Audi Stadium Club Members wishing to smoke must use the designated smoking areas located outside the stadium. Members will need to present their event ticket to exit/re-enter the stadium and Audi Stadium Club. LOST PROPERTY On match days, lost property can be claimed at the Event Day Office, located on Level 1 just inside the South Gate, Riverbank Stand. Lost property enquires can also be made during business hours by calling the Stadium Concierge on

9 DOWN LOADING OF TICKETS FOR MATCH DAY EVENTS Audi Stadium Club members will receive an containing a link to the Adelaide Oval online portal. This will include instructions on how to download your Audi Stadium Club tickets for the first game as well as future games throughout the year. DINING IN THE AUDI STADIUM CLUB HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION From fine dining in The Restaurant to a sumptuous buffet in the John Halbert Room to the more casual short-order menu in the Rick Davies Bar there s something to suit any day out. Dining reservations in The Restaurant and John Halbert Room open for game-day bookings four weeks prior to the date of the match. To book in The Restaurant or the John Halbert Room, you can either call (08) or reservations.asc@adelaideoval.com. au. Reservations are strictly limited so we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL To ensure the Audi Stadium Club s premium corporate offering is maintained and guests have an enjoyable and safe time, Adelaide Oval staff are well-versed in a range of strategies around the responsible supply and service of alcohol. HOSTS As you enter the Audi Stadium Club you will be greeted by our hosts who will be only be too happy to assist with any questions or any information you may require during your time in the Audi Stadium Club. ATMS ATM s are conveniently located throughout the Stadium. Please enquire at the Audi Stadium Club reception for exact locations. All bars and restaurants are conveniently equipped with EFTPOS facilities. CHANGE OF DETAILS Details of your Audi Stadium Club Membership may include: Postal address, address, phone numbers or contact person. 10 LOST OR DAMAGED CHARGE CARDS If your charge card is lost, damaged or stolen please contact your Account Manager or speak to our match day host. Your card barcode can then be cancelled and a new card issued to you. The cost incurred to replace a charge card is $200. DISABLED/WHEELCHAIR SPACES In the Audi Stadium Club there are two access bays which are dedicated disabled/wheelchair space. 10

11 GETTING TO AND FROM There are a number of ways to get to and from Adelaide Oval on a match day, with the quickest and most efficient being by the new Adelaide Oval Footy Express bus, train and tram services. The Adelaide Oval Footy Express is free of charge upon presentation of your Audi Stadium Club Membership Card. Visit Adelaidemetro.com.au for full details and timetables. BUS Dedicated bus routes and collection points across various suburbs will make their way directly to and from Adelaide Oval on match days. The pre and post-match drop off and pickup will be located on King William Road for an easy arrival and quick exit. TRAIN The Adelaide Railway Station located on North Terrace is a short walk across the new Riverbank Bridge to the South Gate. ADELAIDE OVAL TRAM Tram services will operate on match day with stops located on King William Street and North Terrace. These stops are just a short walk across the Riverbank Bridge or down King William Street. TAXI Taxi ranks are located on: King William Road (West Side of Road, immediately prior to Pennington Terrace), Pennington Terrace (South side of road) Montefiore Road (East side of rode) and North Terrace. CYCLING There are a large number of designated bike racks located at the southern, eastern and northern ends of Adelaide Oval. CHAUFFEUR DROP OFF/PICK-UP ZONES A dedicated drop off/pick up zone is located on War Memorial Drive just outside the Tennis Centre. Vehicle entry via Montefiore Hill only. CAR PARKING Car parking tickets must be downloaded 24 hours prior to the match day event. One car park is allocated to Audi Stadium Club members for every four seats purchased. This car park is for the North Car Park, accessible via Pennington Terrace. Taking public transport to and from Adelaide Oval is strongly encouraged. However, if parking is required there are areas around the Adelaide Oval precinct for limited parking for both Members and the general public. Additionally within the Adelaide CBD there are thousands of parks available through Wilson Parking and UPark. Please visit the following websites for more information: Wilson: wilsonparking.com.au UPark: upark.com.au Adelaide City Council: adelaidecitycouncil.com DISABLED PARKING There are a limited number of match day access parking spaces available to members who hold a Government issued Disability Parking Permit. Parking is $15 and spaces are limited so please ensure you arrive early to avoid disappointment. Access parking is available in the following locations (subject to availability): Northern Car Park, Torrens Parade Ground, War Memorial Drive West. 11

12 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AUDI STADIUM CLUB MEMBERS Will I be allocated the same car park in the northern car park each week? Audi Stadium Club Members who have purchased a minimum of four seats will be allocated a car park within the northern car park area. The location of this park will vary from event to event. Are seats transferrable? All seats in the Audi Stadium Club are fully transferrable. What is the process for organising guest passes into Etihad Stadium? To organise guest passes into the Medallion Club at Etihad please contact your designated Account Manager who will assist in coordinating this for you. Are non Audi Stadium Club members able to access Audi Stadium Club facilities? Access to the Audi Stadium Club and facilities is strictly limited to Audi Stadium Club members and their ticketed guests on match days. What is the process for booking events outside of Football/Cricket? As an Audi Stadium Club member you will be given preferential booking options for all events outside of football and cricket. You will be contacted in relation to the particular event being held and given all details of specific packages, which will be available to Audi Stadium Club members only. The number of tickets available for purchase will be limited to the number of Audi Stadium Club memberships held. Do children need to be members to access Audi Stadium Club? Children under the age of six years as of 1 January are permitted to enter Audi Stadium Club free of charge, however they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Am I able to bring in my own food and beverage into the Audi Stadium Club? All food and beverage consumed in the Audi Stadium Club must be purchased within the Audi Stadium Club or Stadium itself. We have a number of food and beverage options available from fine dining at The Restaurant, to more casual options in the John Halbert Room and Rick Davies Bar. Am I able to take my umbrella into the Audi Stadium Club? The use of umbrellas will not be permitted in the Audi Stadium Club at any time. 12
