3 5 MESSAGE FROM THE EO Welcome to the Essendon Football lub s Events & Hospitality program for In breaking down our fixture, we are incredibly proud to be featuring in prime-time football, with our football club continuing to be showcased on the big stage across the country next season. This fixture arguably solidifies the AFL s belief in our exciting style of football, demonstrated by proudly featuring in seven Thursday and Friday night games in Strengthening our commitment to the north-west corridor of Melbourne, for the first-time we will appear in the Good Friday twilight slot against North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium. With this new blockbuster we will work closely with North Melbourne in the lead up, to raise funds and awareness for The Good Friday Appeal. Six days later, we host old time rivals ollingwood in the annual ANZA Day blockbuster at the home of football the MG. Proudly featuring in the Good Friday, ANZA Day, Dreamtime at the G and Powercor ountry Festival blockbusters in the first half of the season, we also contest four games under Friday night lights against Melbourne (Round 3), Sydney (Round 8), Hawthorn (Round 13), and Adelaide (Round 18). Importantly, we also face off in a number of games at traditional football timeslots across both Saturday and Sunday afternoons; which will be a staple for our clients who seek family-friendly scheduling. Overall, our fixture offers a valuable engagement platform to celebrate a special occasion or entertain and reward clients across the year.
