2 OUR PROFILE FACES OF is a destination management and events company with a difference. Along with many previous Pacific World partners and executives, we opened FACES OF. We chose the name FACES with a face + destination concept logo. As a DMC we believe in PEOPLE, we believe it s a people s business. Faces of China, Faces of Hong Kong and Faces of Thailand are fully staffed and operating offices adding together over 200 years of experience. Jacques Arnoux, who in the 80 s opened South East Asia and China as a destination to the incentive market also joined Faces of Since 1981, our experienced team in Asia has executed countless programs, each time ensuring both unique ideas and flawless service delivery. Our experience helped us with developing strong relationships with key trade partners and Chinese authorities for the benefit of our clients. We provide added value through our ability to negotiate competitive rates and the best contract terms available, as well as exclusive access to otherwise inaccessible venues for spectacular events. We combine these benefits with creative touch, for exclusively unforgettable experience and ultimate wow factor. We are structured to provide maximum flexibility for serving difference needs with marketing offices in the USA, Australia/New Zealand, France, to handle all types of client inquiries.

After three years as an hotelier, he left the hotel industry and bought Pacific World.

3 OUR PROFILE Born in Shanghai but raised in France, Jacques Arnoux came to Hong Kong in He joined Audio Tours and Travel, a company then owned by another Hong Kong travel veteran, Bill Newport. Jacques worked with Audio Tours and Travel until 1977 and then joined The Excelsior as an Assistant Executive Manager. Thereafter, he became the General Manager of the Royal Garden Hotel. After three years as an hotelier, he left the hotel industry and bought Pacific World. He was the Chairman of one of South East Asia s most successful destination management companies, specializing in MICE travel with offices throughout South East Asia and in China. The DMC has, since August 2006, become part of the A&D of companies which include Hotelbeds and Intercruises. Jacques Arnoux was the Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Chapter of the SITE (Society of Incentive Travel Executives). The man who has been a major diving force in the inbound MICE travel business in Asia was an elected member of the Board of Director of SITE for six years and the first board member from Asia. In 1992, he was awarded Travel Personality of the year by TTG In 1994, he was awarded the first Travel Personality of Year by EIBTM IT & ME He retired in 2013 for enjoying his deep sea divings and fishings until last year but his love and passions in the travel industry and destination managements remain in his blood. Jacques has joined FACES of Hong Kong, FACES of Shanghai, FACES of Beijing and FACES of Thailand plus offices in the other major cities in Asia as a group of companies founded by well known executives in the field of Destination and Event Managements. He is now very actively involved in MICE day to day, which leaves him very little time for his only hobby diving in tropical waters!

4 OUR FACES In China Cindy Zhang, A native of Shanghai and graduate of Shanghai Institute of Tourism, She first joined CITS. In 2002 she joined Pacific World and she was responsible for officially opening Pacific World Shanghai and Beijing office,.. Ms Zhang s decade of destination management experience encompasses leadership, training, operations, business development, marketing and corporate expansion strategies, partnership. She is passionate about the business, and constantly strives to deliver improved service to her clients. She likes fashion and is very much enjoy her busy life with her family. Ms Zhang lives in Shanghai, is married and mother to one daughter and one son. Cindy Zhang CEO Yumi Zhou, is a typical Chinese girl but with open mind, courage and confidence. Yumi joined the company from its very beginning as MICE Manager. She has a six-year experience as Account Manager in DMC industry mainly handling large conferences and incentive programs. Yumi is strong in communication between clients and suppliers as well as in operations. Clients love her and she always take her long experience and knowledge of the travel business to motivate herself and keep customers truly satisfied. Yumi Zhou MICE Manager

Ivy has eyes for details and knowledges for delivering high quality programs based on her good experience and deep knowledges gained from her job engagements throughout the years. She has excellent proven track records in delivering countless successful programs, conferences & events in her 30+ years job records and which includes high standard service deliveries from one VIP like Prince & family from Saudi Arabia or world known celebrity to people s conference like INTA 136th Annual Meeting in Hong Kong with many different needs during her former job employment. Ivy is a co-founder of Faces of Hong Kong Limited, which is aimed in best quality program deliveries and to have happy clients. Celin has 10 years experience in MICE and hospitality in Hong Kong and Canada. She operated many high-end & tailor-made programs with clients from all industries around the globe. She has been managing programs (locally and overseas) from A to Z, including top projects of the company. Celin has successfully organized various important projects throughout her job engagements such as International Trademark Association 136th Annual Meeting 2014 in Hong Kong with participants; Longines Hong Kong Masters in 2013 to 2015, Audi Q3 Product Launch 2012 in Guangzhou and Estee Lauder Annual Convention 2012 in Hong Kong.just to name a few. A Thai national, Bangkok is home to this dynamic lady. Having started her career at Pacific World, as one of the founding team, she grew through the ranks to become Regional General Manager of the global giant. Taught by the best of the old-generation, Nong s wealth of knowledge and experience gives her a unique understanding of the industry. Nong has had a long-time desire to take a bold step and re-focus on customer needs and true personalised service that is often lost in today s fast-paced industry. Nong also strongly believes that distinction comes through innovation and creativity keeps you ahead of the rest, while tradition in unique Thai and Asian cultures should be respected. Loyalty, tradition and innovation are the three vital cornerstones of success. Following a two year sabbatical, spent meditating and travelling, Nong s new-found calmness and confidence has lead her to launch Faces of Thailand. Kritsanee, known as Kris in the industry, has over 20 years of experience in the tourism and events industries. She is a professional that is noted for her dedication and passion with an eye for detail; aptly nick named Queen of MICE by colleagues and clients for this reason. Kris s diversified career spans two decades of working for global DMCs, such as Pacific World, Destination Asia, and Diethelm Events. Despite having held senior management positions, Kris has always maintained a hands-on approach, with personal contacts and on-site presence whenever possible. She also serves as a Board Member of the Thailand Incentive and Convention Association (TICA), is Advisor to industry committees and guest lectures at universities. The mammoth task stems from the team s passion for the natural beauty and traditional way of lives of the people in the region, taking place a grueling six-hour drive from Chengdu on top of a 1200m plateau. The completed school caters for 1000 families, a vital resource desperately needed after the previous school became dilapidated beyond repair. A lone teacher, having taught at the previous school for over 30 years, was an inspiring force in creating this essential facility for future generation.
