2 Message from Chairman of the Board BORIS ŽGOMBA Ever since it was founded in 1996, Uniline travel company has reached the status of one of the leading destination management companies in Croatia and in the region. Thanks to the results achieved over the years, as well as an extensive network of business partners, today Uniline has a significant market share and has made a big step forward into emerging markets globally. Uniline as an incoming tour operator offers to our partners and potential guests a full package of services that includes accommodations, transfers, rent a car, excursions, airplane tickets, ski programs, MICE, sports events, group and outgoing arrangements as well as numerous special programs. Thanks to the professional and experienced staff and successful cooperation with partners and destinations, we offer a high quality service which will satisfy the needs and desires of all our customers. In two decades of operations we were able to build trust and loyalty of our customers and business partners. All the success that has been achieved and that is yet to come is based on the strength of our team. In 2016 Uniline was declared the most successful company in the sector of Croatian travel agencies and tour operators. Reasons for our continuous growth and development are knowledge, business passion, and vision of the Uniline team. 3 ABOUT US Uniline s business story began 20 years ago following a strategic plan based on incoming tour operating business, aiming to become the leading destination management company in Croatia and the region. It started as a small office project, led by a few highly motivated people who invested their time, knowledge, enthusiasm and had great love for tourism. Over the years of continuous growth, our business gradually developed different kinds of tourist services. Today Uniline travel company offers a complete tourist product: accommodation, transfers, excursions, bus tours, congresses, incentives, charter operations, sport events and programs for individual guests and groups. We also encourage partnerships through: B2B system Affiliate system XML system All the results achieved so far and the ones ahead of us are happening thanks to great will, persistence and professional competencies of our team. In a short period of time, Uniline managed to build trust and loyalty among customers and business partners. Our employees are dedicated to meeting the clients needs and business partners expectations, using modern business methods and latest technology with online reservations system in 12 languages. Today Uniline travel company consists of almost 200 employees within the head office and the branch offices in Croatia, offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia and Shanghai, China, as well as representatives in Japan, China, Korea and Thailand. 2

Our rent a car fleet consists of over 800 vehicles made by leading car manufacturers for all categories; with competitive prices and a simple booking system. Europcar offices can be found at all the international airports in Croatia such as Zagreb, Pula, Rijeka (Krk), Dubrovnik, etc. In the year 2015 we have achieved the number of passengers, which is almost 11% more than in the previous year. 3

5 RESULTS Throughout the years of business, Uniline travel company achieved exceptional results and in 2016 was named as the most successful company in tourism sector in Croatia. Total revenue in 2015 was 42 million euros which is 8.92% more than the previous year. 4

The main task of the DMC team is to develop specialized original programs and events for various destinations in order to meet guest expectations and achieve one of the main Croatian tourism goals - extending the tourist season. Seemingly a simple process of development requires deep knowledge of tourism, potential guest destination, as well as the guests needs and wants. Uniline was one of the first companies in the region to invest significant resources into developing destination services that put a city or even an entire region on the tourist world map.
