10 CONFERENCE Company: EUPHA Event: European Public Health Conference 2012 No. Of Pax: 1,200 pax Location: St. Julian s The conference took place over four days and included a welcome reception hosted by His Excellency, Dr. George Abela, President of Malta, and a gala dinner at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, the former hospital of the Knights of St John. On Site Malta took care of the organisation of the event including registrations, accommodation, transportation and logistics of the Conference.

11 CONGRESS Company: Oriflame Event: 2010 Gold Congress EMEA and CIS No. Of Pax: 5,000 pax Location: St. Julian s, Valletta & Mdina On Site Malta took responsibility to ensure that all the event details were taken care of, as efficiently and as effectively as possible. The dynamic and innovative approach implemented allowed for the utilisation of the island s best assets for this Swedish cosmetics company s annual conference.

12 MEETINGS Company: Maltese Government Event: EU-Africa Migration Summit No. Of Pax: 800 pax Location: Malta On Site Malta was honoured to have been chosen to manage the EU-Africa Migration Summit, a major European high-profile event, on behalf of the Government of Malta and the European Commission. On Site Malta was entrusted with full registration management including the setting up of a website and contact centre for flight and accommodation arrangements for 86 delegations, international organisations and press, who were invited to Malta for the Valletta Migration Summit which took place on the 11th and 12th November 2015.

13 EVENTS Company: Financial Consultants Event: 40 Year Company Anniversary Celebration No. Of Pax: 7,000 pax Location: Valletta Waterfront and Cruise Port Two years of intricate planning, two weeks of set-up with over 300 crew members, and two days of intense rehearsals by the international artists and their troupes, led up to the largest event ever held in Malta which entertained some 7000 guests. The Valletta Waterfront, a busy, operational cruise port and business hub was the chosen venue, which was beautifully transformed for this special event.

14 INCENTIVES Company: Allianz Event: Hess Club 2003 / Incentive No. Of Pax: 800 pax Location: Malta & Gozo On Site Malta was chosen as the local DMC to take care of the full organisation of the event including accommodation, dinners, transfers and the programme. The historical venue of Manoel Island, which enjoys a backdrop of Valletta, was converted into a gala dinner venue for this event. The guests were brought to the venue directly from their hotels, on exclusive boats chartered especially for the occasion.

15 INCENTIVES Company: Insurance Company Event: Rolex Middle Sea Race Incentive No. Of Pax: 120 pax Location: Malta & Gozo Top management with their best clients, were flown to Malta in 2 groups over 3 days, for an exclusive event set around The Rolex Middle Sea Race, considered to be one of the most prestigious sailing events in the world. The itinerary included lavish receptions, champagne brunches, exclusive set ups at the cliff edge and an ipad discovery challenge in Gozo.
