2 The UDIA NSW Annual State Conference 2016 Tuesday 20 September & Wednesday 21 September The Next Big Thing We have experienced the largest growth phase in a generation and it s not going to end just yet. Global megatrends and exponential growth in technology are shaping our cities in ways that were previously unimaginable. UDIA NSW has assembled global thought leaders and local and international property experts to talk about the next big things that will shape and sustain cities now and in the future. This year, the State Conference will be held over two-days. Day one will comprise Study Tours to Sydney s leading developments, invitation only Roundtables, and an Opening Night Event. Day two will commence at 8.15am with a full day of guest speaker sessions featuring revolutionary local, national and international speakers followed by the UDIA NSW Annual General Meeting and the State Conference Networking Dinner. With an assembly of the biggest players in the development marketplace, each year the conference attracts more than 300 industry professionals from across a range of sectors including architecture, development, engineering, planning and project investors. Cities for the Future presents a great opportunity for you to learn about industry advancements, and will leave you inspired by the possibilities ahead.
