2 The 12th International exhibition of automotive industry InterAuto, the largest in Russia specialized event of automotive industry, was held August 25 through 28, 2016 in Crocus Expo IEC. InterAuto exhibition is considered for good reason to be the leading Russian industry show which was attended in 2016 by more than specialists (93% professionals of the industry who attended the exhibition for the purpose of establishment of new contacts, expansion of partnership ties and conclusion of mutually beneficial contracts). 400 companies from 37 regions of Russia and 22 countries of the world displayed their latest achievements and developments in all fields of the industry of automotive components on the exhibit space comprising more than sq m. The project was officially supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry for Transport of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Moscow region, the Association of Russian Automakers (OAR) and the National Association of Automotive Components Manufacturers (NAPAK).
