The availability of extra (portable) toilets to be checked, and we need to tighten up the bays. Vote of Thanks: Although Past President John King was unable to be present that did not deter Alf Brown leading a vote of thanks to John for a job well done. All agreed that both Hazel and John were always available and approachable when anything needed attention. We look forward to their continued support and sincerely thank them for their past support. New President: Murray thanked all Members for their confidence in electing him as President. It is a large Club, following good values for its Members over the years. He will make every effort to preserve this keeping in mind that a large Club can have its own pockets and sometimes settle into a comfort zone. We need a wide view in all Communities, elevating our image from time to time and although incumbent on the Website Manager, updating the Website would be one avenue to assist with this. We need to work together of course, as more can be accomplished if many are involved, not left to a few. Murray hopes that his input as President will serve the Club well this coming year. There being no further business the meeting closed at 9.22pm Special Notice : AVVVA SHED CLEAN UP DAY The Busy Bee Day for August is now Saturday 30 th August, due to the Beverley Show Day being held on the 23 rd August.
