ARRIVAL AN EPARTURE RECOMMENATION Re-certificated civil subsonic jet aeroplanes are banned to operate on the APT between LT. Pilots are requested to comply with these speed adjustments as promptly as feasible within their own operational constraints. ACFT unable to comply with the requested speed shall inform and state to ATC what speed will be used. Application or non-application of the speed restrictions does not relieve the pilot of his responsibility for the observation of any noise abatement procedures.
