VFR Flight in Bangkk Cntl Zne 1.1 By Day (Sunise/Sunset) - Unless authied, VFR flight will nt be pemitted t land / take-ff at Dn Mueang ntenatinal Aipt when weathe cnditins as epted t Dn Mueang APP/TWR by an authied gund bseve ae LESS than: Gund Visibility Ceiling - 5 km; m () Authiatin may be ganted by ATC f special VFR flight, (see 2.4) t land / take-ff at Dn Mueang ntenatinal Aipt unde cnditins LESS than (1.1) abve but NOT LESS than Gund Visibility m 1.2 By NGHT (Sunset/Sunise) - Authiatin may be ganted by ATC f VFR flight t land / take-ff at Dn Mueang ntenatinal Aipt unde cnditins epted t be at BETTER than (1.1) abve; such flight will be teated as special VFR flight (see 1.4) f ATC pupses. 1.3 AT All Times - VFR flight within Bangkk CTR shall be cnducted s that the aicaft maintain flight visibility and distance fm clud EQUAL TO GREATER THAN thse specified in CAO Annex 2, Table Flight Visibility - 5 km belw 3050 m ( ft) AMSL and - 8 km at and abve 3050 m ( ft) AMSL - Distance fm clud m hintally and 300 m () vetically. 1.4 SPECAL VFR FLGHT Special VFR flight may be pemitted when the gund visibility is nt less than 1500 m, pvided that the aicaft is equipped with functining adi and the pilt has ageed t guad n the apppiate ATC cmmunicatins fequency. ATC shall pvide FR sepaatin between all special VFR flights and between such flights and FR flights. 2. VFR ENTRY AND EXT PROCEDURES FOR LGHT ARCRAFTS AND HELCOPTERS 2.1 The details f VFR enty and exit pcedues ae given in ENR 2.2 VFR ENTRY AND EXT PROCEDURES N BANGKOK CONTROL ZONE. 3.
