3 BOOKING YOUR PARTY Helpful Hints for Parents Contact the Centre Reception team to check availability then complete the booking form. Post or hand in your booking form to the Centre. A non-refundable deposit of 30 is required upon booking. Payment can be made by card or cash. We will then confirm everything in writing to you within 7-10 days. Please confirm actual party numbers to the Centre at least 7 days before the party date. Don t forget your Birthday Cake, Candles and Camera to make your Party complete! We offer FREE parking at all of our Centres. Make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before booking. If you want to play specific music at your party - bring along your favourite music (CD or ipod can be accommodated!) Don t forget to share your pics on our Facebook and Twitter pages!
