5 IMPORTANT - Triple rooms are available upon request. - Additional beds are not rollaway beds - There is no minimum stay at Remota, however, from December 20th to January 5th every year a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. - will be closed from June until the beginning of September. PRIVATE PROGRAMS - Rates available upon request. CHILDREN RATES - Children up to 3 years old are always free of charge. - Child rates apply to children between 4 to 15 years of old, for the all inclusive programs. - One child up to 9 years of age is allowed free of charge, sharing a room with the parents. An extra bed will be provided, for the all inclusive programs. BOOKING CONDITIONS - Every booking must be requested by and will be confirmed. - To warranty a booking a 30% deposit must be transfered to our accounts. - The remaining balance of the booking must be paid into our accounts 30 days prior to the guests arrival to Remota. - Any booking that does not satisfy these requirements, could be canceled without notice. CANCELATION POLICIES - More than 45 days: no charge. - Between 44 and 30 days prior arrival: 30% of the booking will be charge. - Between 29 and 15 days prior arrival: 50% of the booking will be charge. - Between 14 and 0 days prior arrival: No refund. Private Transfers (optional) - From / to Punta Arenas: USD 300 each way, per vehicle - Maximum 8 people (The schedule is chosen by the guest) - From / to El Calafate: 1 to 5 people: USD 750 each way. 6 to 8 people: USD 850 each way.
