We hope you have a good journey and look forward to your arrival. Kind regards, Team Landal Ebeltoft Good to know Arrival and departure You can check in at the Information Desk from 3:00 PM. Here, you will receive your bungalow number. If you arrive after the Information Desk has closed, an envelope with name, keys and activities card will be waiting for you in the safe on the outside of the building near the Information Desk. The code to the safe is: 159A Please leave your bungalow by 10:00 AM. Payment methods In our park, you can pay by Cash, credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard) and bank or giro card. On the arrival day and day of departure, you can take part in activities and use the park facilities for the entire day. TIP!

3 Currency Denmark has its own currency, the Danish krone.it is possible to pay in euros, but you will receive your change in Danish krone. Internet There is free Internet in your bungalow and in most areas at the park. Pets If you haven t booked a pet, call the Contact Centre before you arrive on (normal call charges apply) to add a pet to your booking (cleaning surcharge dkr. 347). Smoke-free zone All bungalows and indoor public areas are smoke-free zones. Water You can drink the water from the tap. Parking There is a parking place near your bungalow. If you have more than one car, park the others near the Parkshop. Electricity Unlike in our other parks, we charge you separately for your use of public utilities (water, gas and electricity), based on actual use during your stay. Consumption is automatically (digitally) measured and at the end of your stay you pay at the park in Danish krone. From 1 November 2016, the rates for using public utilities are: Electricity DKK 2.75 per kwh (around 0.37 /kwh). Water DKK 10 per 0.1 m³ (around 1.34/0.1 m³ water). Electricity DKK 1.95 per kwh (around 0.26/kWh). Prices subject to change. Example: for normal use during a week s stay for four people, the average charge is 90. Plug In Denmark, a continental plug with two pins is used. Most plugs are not earthed, so an adapter may be useful. Bed linen and towel packs On arrival, there is a pack for each guest containing bed linen and two towels.

4 The bungalows Most of our bungalows are private property, so they do not all look alike. The bungalows all have their own unique charm and interior design. Parkshop In the Parkshop, you will find everything you need. Start the day with freshly baked bread from the local baker and choose from the wide range of fresh produce, vegetables, fruit, drinks and snacks and much more! Food and drink Don t fancy cooking this evening? Join us in restaurant Øer, where you can enjoy a lovely dinner. Will you choose the buffet, the menu of the day or do you prefer something from the a la carte menu? The restaurant also serves a delicious lunch or breakfast. Outside the park, there are more nice restaurants in Ebeltoft, such as Mellem jyder, Karens køkken and Italia.

5 Activities at the holiday park We have a large indoor swimming pool and heated paddling pool. Water fun for the entire family! You can also warm up in our sauna. Specially for the kids The changing rooms have changing tables and small baths. You can buy swim nappies at the Parkshop. Sports centre Challenge the family to a game of badminton, basketball, handball or volleyball. Or what about a game of squash? Hours of fun for young and old in the sports centre! You can hire everything you need for a sporty day at the Parkshop in the park. If the shop is closed, you can go to reception. Outdoor sports Outside, you can practise your precision skills on the midget golf course or challenge each other to a game of football, tennis or beach volleyball. You can hire balls and table tennis equipment from the Information Desk. You can also hire midget golf equipment for kr. 35 per person and rackets for DKK 20 each. Children Children can enjoy playing in the fresh outdoor air in our large outdoor playground with bouncy castles, swings, a climbing wall and much more.

6 The park s surroundings Djurs Sommerland Amusement Park - 37 km from the park Are you a speed, fun and games-loving family? Then get ready for the biggest rollercoasters, the giant Aqua Park and over 60 rides for small and grown-up kids. Come experience why Djurs Sommerland has been named the best Nordic amusement park for four consecutive years. The frigate Jyllland - 6 km from the park The longest wooden warship in the world, the Jyllland, is currently in Ebeltoft. It has been here since 1960 and has now been totally restored. Learn more about the history of the warship in a completely new way through exhibitions and films. The town of Ebeltoft - 6 km from the park Ebeltoft is famous for its picturesque, narrow cobbled streets and timbered houses. Here you will find many idyllic and inviting locations in which to take a walk or enjoy a break. The Kattengatcenter - 40 km from the park In the Kattengatcenter, you will find a giant sea aquarium where you can learn about life under water. You can admire more than 250 types of fish, such as clown fish, rays and sharks. See the animals up close from the shark tunnel, with just 6 cm between you and the sharks. A fun outing for the whole family! Mountain bike In Sdr. Plantage, around 2.5 kilometres from the park, there s a 13 km one-way mountain bike route, which has been naturally designed with lots of roots and steep slopes going up and down. Djursland Djursland has gorgeous countryside with the national park Mols Bjerge and a 250 km long coastline with extensive beaches. For more information: visitdjursland.com. TIP! 7 Directions By car from the south on the E45 Take exit 46-Århus N, which merges with road no. 15 to road no. 21/road no. 180/ Skejby/Grenaa/Århus N drive 18.2 km. Keep left to stay on road no. 15 and follow the signs to Ebeltoft/road no. 21/Grenå - drive 17.4 km. Turn right and follow Ebeltoftvej/road no. 21 (signs to Ebeltoft/Havneby) - drive 17.9 km. Just before the ferry - turn left and follow the Øerkrogvejen. Turn right at the T junction and stay on the Øerkrogvejen. The park is on your left. By car from the north on the E45 Take exit 43-Sdr. Borup in the direction of road no. 511 and Sdr. Borup/N Hadsten. Turn left and follow Tulipvej/road no. 16 /road no At the roundabout, take the second exit to road no. 16/road no drive 7 km. At the roundabout, take the first exit to Ebeltoftvej/road no drive 14.1 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit to Randersvej/road no drive 6.4 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit to Randersvej/road no. 21. Turn left to road no. 15/road no drive 10 km. Turn right and follow Ebeltoftvej/road no. 21 (signs to Ebeltoft/Havneby) - drive 17.9 km. Just before the ferry - turn left and follow the Øerkrogvejen.
