6 Party Time! How do Luna Park Sydney parties work? Find out all you need to know here! Packages include an Unlimited Rides Pass for each paying guest and delicious food & beverages from the Hungry Horse Diner. PLUS you can add awesome extras like cake and lolly bags, download Luna Park invitations and more! Parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays. A minimum booking of 10 fullpaying guests (including birthday child) is all you need and let us take care of the rest! The cut-off date for numbers is the Wednesday before your party weekend with full payment due by this date. There are three easy ways you can make a payment: Visa, Mastercard or American Express payments are due by the Wednesday before your party weekend Direct Deposit payments are due five working days before your party weekend Cheque payments are due five working days before your party weekend Collect your ride wristbands from the host who will have them ready and waiting for you in the party room when you arrive. Entry to Luna Park is FREE, so other adults and kids can come as well! Plus you can prepurchase regular Unlimited Rides passes at a discounted price for them to enjoy! Lunch reservations for Just for Fun and Go Wild packages are: 11am-12pm, 1.30pm- 2:30pm and 4pm-5pm. Kids can go nuts on rides both before and after the set party times as rides are unlimited. If you would like other guests to join your party, we recommend you buy them a food and beverage voucher so they too can have a reserved seat at your party. You can drop your cake off at the party room and the host will store it for you until your mealtime. Leftover cake needs to be taken away as we are unable to store. Park Explorer Package guests can redeem vouchers whenever they re hungry as table reservations are not required. Funny weather simply means shorter queues! Rain or shine the party will go ahead as planned. Generally, most attractions stay open during wet weather. The party room is indoors and there are also plenty of indoor rides & activities like Coney Island and Dodgem City. You can postpone your party if you give us at least 48 hours notice but we re unable to give any refunds. Luna Park can cater for guests with all sorts of allergies or sensitivities with enough prewarning. Include the info when you book, or update as you get your RSVPs but usually around 2 weeks is needed to plan for it. 8 LOCATION AND TRANSPORT LUNA PARK MILSONS PT STATION Luna Park is located in Milsons Point, just under the northern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It s incredibly easy to access by train, ferry, bus or car. We have on-site car parking facilities with 350 car spaces. The car park operates 7 days a week and is open from 7am until 3am. Entry is via Paul Street. Pre-purchased discounted tickets are available on application. BY CAR Driving from the Warringah Expressway: take the North Sydney exit and then follow signs to Kirribilli. Proceed down Broughton Street, turn right into Fitzroy Street and left at roundabout into Alfred Street South. Turn right into Paul Street for the Luna Park Car Park. Driving from Sydney Harbour Bridge: take first exit on left after bridge (do NOT come via Harbour Tunnel). Follow road around into Alfred Street South and turn right into Paul Street for the Luna Park Car Park. BY TRAIN From Milsons Point station, it s an easy five minute walk to Luna Park. Milsons Point Station is only one stop from the CBD and is accessible from both Northern Line and North Shore and Western Line. BY BUS Many North Shore bus routes pass the nearby North Sydney Station and/or terminate at Milsons Point. BY FERRY There are regular services to and from Circular Quay on the following routes; Darling Harbour/East Balmain, Woolwich/Balmain and Parramatta. 9 TERMS & CONDITIONS Luna Park Terms & Conditions need to be read prior to providing payment. Proceeding with the party means you understand and agree to our Terms & Conditions. A minimum requirement of 10 full paying party guests per booking. Birthday child must be paid for as well. Luna Park requires final guest numbers and all party details to be confirmed by the Wednesday prior to your party. Full payment is required by the Wednesday prior to your party. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment has been received. You have up until the Wednesday prior to your party to cancel your booking. Payment is non-refundable. Luna Park is unable to issue any refunds however we can rebook if given minimum 48 hours notice. Entry to Luna Park is FREE entry so supervising helpers and parents are welcome to come along on the day. Each party booking of ten receives two free Coney Island passes for supervising parents. Due to Work, Health & Safety policies we must monitor the number of guests attending the party venue, so you will need to advise your final numbers by the Wednesday prior your party. To ensure a seat for all additional guests we recommend you purchase food & beverage vouchers in advance minimum value $6.00 each. Please note that while a coordinator is in the party venue for your assistance, we do not provide direct supervision of each table or of children while in the Park. Booked parties have only a 1 hour reserved section in the party venue as the venue is also open to the general public. Lunch will be served within the booked lunch time slot. Party games are not provided all the fun of the Park is waiting for you outside! Parents are responsible for child supervision. Bad language, bullying and inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated. Animals are prohibited to enter Luna Park Sydney (apart from care animals) Table scatters, confetti and external party decorations are prohibited in the party venue. Outsourced characters are prohibited to enter Luna Park Sydney. Once your party has finished in the party venue, please take your personal belongings with you. Parent of birthday child may bring own cake and lolly bags into party venue. Food not purchased from Luna Park outlets is prohibited in party venue. For children with food allergies/sensitivities we will provide a suitable meal. Please notify your Party Coordinator up to 2 weeks prior to your party of the food allergies/ sensitivities. Please remember to take your leftover cake as due to Health Regulations any leftovers must be disposed of. Rain or shine your party will take place on the booked date as there is a mixture of outdoor & indoor rides available. The party venue is also indoors. Luna Park requires 48 hours notice to postpone a party as we are unable to refund. Coney Island is heritage listed & incurs a charge to enter. There is a viewing area & parents not wishing to enter can watch from there. Each unlimited rides pass includes Coney Island access. Parking is available via Paul Street Milsons Point. Ride passes conditions of use - not transferable, valid for date of issue only, void if not securely attached to guest s wrist, sold subject to Luna Park Sydney Rides Regulations and no refunds will be given. These Terms & Conditions together with Party Booking form set out the entire agreement and understanding of the parties. Luna Park Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request a patron who is not complying with the Terms & Conditions to leave the premises.
