THE GREEN ROOM [MAX CAPACITY COCKTAIL STANDING 50-60] The Green Room is a private, stylish and self-contained area, complete with your own private bar, balcony and entrance. Features Air conditioned, 40 Plasma TV, overhead projector with VGA/USB connectivity, and the ability to play your own music. Room Hire Charge $100 Sunday-Friday, $200 Saturday, no minimum spend requirements. 2. THE TERRACE [MAX CAPACITY COCKTAIL STANDING 40] The Terrace is a charming space, perfect for those standing cocktail events with a great summer sunset. We can only section off a part of this area situated next to the bar, but soak up the sunshine or get cover from the rain with the open/close roof system. No hire charge. 3. THE KEBAb LOUNGE [MAX CAPACITY COCKTAIL STANDING 25] Enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel in this cosy little nook located near the main entrance. No hire charge. 4. THE BAND ROOM *restricted availability* [MAX CAPACITY SITTING 70, STANDING 120] The Band Room lends itself especially for the flawless sit down presentation night or standing cocktail party. This unique space can be sectioned off with curtains from the rest of the hotel if needed. Features Air conditioned, overhead projector with VGA connectivity and the ability to play your own music. No hire charge.

16 TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Catered functions carry the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact the manager on if you have any questions regarding any matter. BOOKING DEPOSITS 1. To secure your booking, it would be appreciated if you could return the Function Booking Confirmation Sheet within the next 48 hours. A non-refundable room hire will be charged to your credit card if booking the Green Room on confirmation of your function. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION 1. The booking can be cancelled at any time up to one week prior to the booked date; however, your deposit will not be refunded. 2. If the booking is cancelled within the one week or less prior to the booking date, 50% of the total food bill will be forfeit to the Bayview Hotel. 3. If the group booked does not present themselves on the booked date, without prior notification of cancellation, the total cost of the chosen menu for the amount of booked guests will be deducted from the client s credit card. 4. Any deductions from the client s credit card regarding cancellation fees will be discussed prior with the client. 5. Cancellations must be made with a hotel manager. 6. The credit card details will be used to pay for the booking, unless requested otherwise by the cardholder, and this request is prior to the function date. 7. The confirmation form must be completed and received via fax or , one week prior to the booking. This includes the likelihood and number of special food allergy requests, music, a/v requests, decoration requests or birthday cakes, etc. PAYMENT OF BALANCE 8. Confirmation of the number of guests must be received one week from the reservation date. The balance of the payment for your function may be paid up until the start of your function. MINORS 9. A minor is anyone under the age of 18 years; they are only permitted within the area of the function when accompanied by a responsible adult. ALL GUESTS 10. All peoples entering the hotel with the function are subject to the full laws governed by the Hotel, particularly the responsible serving of alcohol, all other relevant laws and the Bayview Hotel own code of practice. 11. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any function guest. DAMAGE 12. The client/customer is responsible for any loss or damage to Bayview Hotel property caused by the guests attending the function. Bayview Hotel does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment, merchandise or personal effects left on the premises prior to, during or after the function. PARKING 13. The Bayview Hotel is located on the Victoria road in central Gladesville. There are two council car parks available across from the hotel in Cowell street and in Linsley St. DECORATIONS 14. For that special occasion, birthday, reception, staff party, etc., you are more than welcome to supply decorations of your own and this can be discussed with a hotel manger. CAKES 15. We require 7 day s notice to prepare our cakes. 16. We make all our cakes on site, for a 30cm diameter cake: chocolate baked mud cake - $45, blueberry cheese cake - $ Or if wish to do-it-yourself please make arrangements when you book, or we can cut and present your cake with cream.
