2 ABOUT THE DRAYCOTT HOTEL Built in 1890, the Draycott Hotel is one of the Einest and most elegant boutique hotels in London. This beautiful, lovingly restored red- brick Edwardian hotel is situated just around the corner from Chelsea s fashionable Sloane Square and the beautiful borough of Kensington, making it the perfect location to explore everything London has to offer. The Draycott Hotel offers luxury accommodation with traditional old age elegance and quintessentially British luxury within a peaceful city retreat.

3 BOOKING POLICY WHEN IS THE ROOM AVAILABLE TO HIRE? The private dining room is available daily from midday for both half day room hire (up to 4 hours) and full day hire (up to 8 hours). Room hire costs 200 and 350 respectively (both prices include VAT) and these prices ae Eixed for all times of the day and days of the week. Private meals (lunch or dinner) for eight or more guests do not incur the cost of room hire. WHAT IS THE BOOKING POLICY? Room hire is fully payable in advance of the event. All other costs can be paid on departure (more details on page) WHAT IS THE ROOM AVAILABILITY? The private dining room is available daily (including weekends) from midday. We do not offer room hire for breakfast meetings but can hold informal meetings in our library or lounge area.

5 ROOM FEATURES WHAT ARE THE TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES? The room comes fully equipped with a telephone, wired Ethernet port, WiFi and a PA system to play music. We can also provide a projector, TV, DVD player, laptop, Elipchart/ wipe board and conference phone on request. IS THERE NATURAL DAYLIGHT? Yes, there are 4 sash windows and door leading to the gardens. The room is Eitted with blackout blinds and dimmable lights for presentations and to create ambient dining settings.

6 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS THERE A STORAGE AREA? We are able to store items out of sight and have a cloakroom area for jackets and bags. IS THERE AN ALCOHOL LICENCE? We have an ofeicial licence that allows us to serve alcohol until 23:00 and refreshments until 23:30.

7 MENU CHOICES All our guests are required to pre- select meals from a menu three working days ahead of the event. All our dishes are freshly prepared on the day of the event and, where possible, local foods are sourced to ensure quality and freshness.

9 TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS HOW CAN I GET TO THE DRAYCOTT HOTEL? Most of our guests arrive by taxi or chauffeurs but thanks to our central location we are easily accessible by public transport too. 10 CANCELLATION POLICY YOUR TERMS In the event of cancellation, deposits will be non- refundable. Within two months, 50% of accommodation and room hire will be payable Within one, 100% of accommodation, room hire, food and beverage charges will be payable. Cancellations made within one month prior to arrival, full cancellation charges will apply however The Draycott Hotel will endeavour to re- sell cancelled accommodation thereby reducing the cancellation liability to you.

11 CANCELLATION POLICY OUR TERMS The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the full deposit if: - the client, or the hotel, become insolvent or, an individual becomes bankrupt - The booking might damage the reputation of the hotel - any part of the hotel is closed or otherwise unavailable due to events beyond our control GENERAL TERMS The client shall be responsible for any losses or damages sustained by the Hotel in respect of the premises, furnishings, utensils or equipment, whether the same be caused wilfully or by negligence or default, and shall be liable for the cost of replacements or repair plus compensation for loss of business caused thereby. The hotel reserves the right to determine the level of noise at a function and the clients are obliged to adjust to this level. SETTLEMENT The balance of the account must be paid on departure unless credit facilities have been granted in writing by Draycott Hotel, in which case payment must be made within fourteen days of the event date.
