2 VENUE FEE The Venue Fee forms the basis of the function quotation. Together with the food package selected and accommodation requirements, all that s left to take into consideration is the ancillary extras to complete your function quotation. VENUE FEE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: The full setting of tables The usage of available crockery and cutlery The usage of the venue s available décor Service fee The usage of the Venue- 5 Hrs. from the time the function starts Exclusive use of dining area: o Dining room o Patio o Wine Cellar o Garden The Venue Fee rates are as follows: 1 10 guests : R60.00 per guest guests : R70.00 per guest guests : R85.00 per guest guests : R95.00 per guest guests : R per guest guests : R per guest guests : R per guest guests : R per guest 2

3 FOOD AND BEVERAGE Afrique Boutique Hotel Ruimsig s Menu options range from R per person to R per person. Our food items are African and French inspired and cooked with our special ingredient With Love! A copy of our Functions Menu will be sent as a separate attachment. What makes our Menu unique is that you simply select your price option that will best suit your budget and coordinate your food items selection accordingly. All dietary requirements are catered for. Besides our Function Menu, we also have the following menus available: - Braai and Spit Menu - 5-Course Menus - Breakfast Menus - Canapé Menus The reception can be held either on our main deck that overlooks the mountainous areas or within our Hotel foyer surrounded by a rustic ambiance. Our bar is located on our deck that overlooks the surrounding estates and it is surrounded by our rim flow pool. We hold a fully licensed and stocked bar and special alcoholic beverage requests are welcome. Afrique Hotel also holds a Wine Cellar which is ideal for wine connoisseurs. Our Bar Price List and Wine List will be sent upon request. Please note the following policies: - Alcohol service strictly ends at 23h00. - Noise levels including music to be reduced at 22h30. - Any alcoholic beverage brought onto the premises will incur a corkage fee. - A function contract will be sent upon confirmation of the event. - Functions initiating later than 17h00 will be required to book all our suites. We have to take into consideration external guests staying at Afrique Hotel Ruimsig. Special accommodation rates will apply. 3

4 EXTRA S The Extra s present the ancillary costs that will be incurred for your proposed function/event. These items include: BREAKAGE FEE: A R breakage fee will be required which is fully refundable after the event. The R Breakage Fee may be deducted from the bar tab (if this option is selected) at the end of the event, if no breakages occurred. STAFF PERSONNEL: Waitrons Bartender : R per waiter per hour for a minimum of 5 hours : R per bartender per hour for a minimum of 5 hours - 1 Waitron required for every 15pax for buffet service - 1 Waitron required for every 10pax for plated service - 1 Bartender required for every 30pax - Afrique Boutique Hotel Ruimsig will provide 2 waitrons and 1 bartender for all functions/events. Function Managers will be on the floor at all times. BEVERAGES: Jugs of Juice Filter Coffee : R80.00 per jug of 2lt juice 1 Jug serves 8pax : R per pot 1 Pot fills 15 cups Jugs of water with fresh mint, and lemons will be freely available. 4

6 BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES A booking will not be confirmed unless a deposit of 50% is received, full and final payment must be received a day before the day of arrival. Proof of payment must be forwarded to the contact details supplied Cancellation policies: Less than 7 days, 100% deposit From 7 to 14 days, 75% of deposit From 14 to 21 days, 50% of deposit From 21 to 90 days, 25% of deposit 90 days or more, 10% of deposit For further assistance and information, please do not hesitate to contact us 6
